I have been going to Dr. Gardner for 2 years and have always received outstanding treatment from the office personnel to the hygienist to the Dr. himself. This is the first and only dental practice I have been to that rewards customers with cookies on their way out the door. The new office manager Rocky is incredible and so nice, my teeth are so BAD and I didn't think I could afford the treatment. But that's where Rocky came in, he got me approved through Care Credit. I highly recommend this dentistry practice.
Dr. Gardner's office gave me a $120 out of pocket estimate for my procedure which was paid in full on the day of surgery. Three months later, I received a bill for $630 and told by the Office Manager to talk to my insurance company to find out why my claim was denied. I spoke to my agent who told me that the office submitted the claim with Box 27 left blank instead of indicating how many quadrants were operated on. The fix was to re-submit the claim with Box 27 filled in according to my agent. Instead of telling me that the re-submission was also rejected as I specifically requested, they re-sent the same bill with no explanation or update. Rather than tell me there was a problem, the Office Manager sent me to debt collections. I paid $790 for my $120 estimated service and now recovering from the credit hit. These people are pathetic vultures IMO. Thankfully, my credit will recover much faster than the smug attitude of the Office Manager.
My brother needed dentures. I paid $15,000.00 cash to have denture implants done. Every time he has a follow up there is something wrong. This is the fault of the practice. Bonnie, a secretary, appears to think she is a dental professional. I am the guardian of my brother. It has been over 2 months that I have not received a treatment plan. From the beginning, this appeared to be the wrong place to go, but the teeth were already pulled. After my brother had his teeth pulled, no aftercare instructions were given. I googled the instructions. I was told I needed to call if I needed aftercare instructions. Studs are still wrong and still no teeth as of 7/29/16. Bonnie continues to not know what is going on. The chart had notes to prove she was wrong. She IS NOT a dental professional and she continues to dictate treatment. Do not go here for dental implants.
My father went there was ripped off by these people..they owe him a refund since 2014 and they refused to give it back to him...approx $780 is owed and he is on retirement disable vetran which that is alot of money for someone who is on a fixed income..it is horrible that they took advantage of a senior citizen..he has an implant that is not centered properly and bothers him and when he told the Dr he was told it was good and not to worry about it... If I could give this place a 1/2 star I would...disgusting that they do this to people..
Crystal did a great job cleaning my teeth. The office is clean and friendly.
