Dr. Williams offers testing, from CLIA certified lab facilities, to assess nutritional status, nutrigenomics, pharmacogenomic, digestive function, allergies, gluten reactivity and Celiac Disease. Gluten sensitivity is 6x more prevalent than Celiac Disease.
