I was willing to give this place a chance after getting a job that required specific color of scrubs. My co-worker and I ordered within days of each other him after me. Gail said she would reach out with "expected time of delievery" my co worker had to physically go in 3 days in a row to ensure his scrubs were ordered and to get delievery details. Gail refused to give expected time of delievery or a tracking number. My co worker who ordered after me and had to nag got his scrubs first. I waited 3 weeks with no information on my scrub tops. I finally had my sister go in, she told my sister that "it was lost at UPS." Later that day, she told me that it hadn't left the manufacturer. Then she doubled back to the UPS story. I ordered on April 18th, my 2 scrub tops, finally came in today, may 11th. Take responsibility for your forgetting to place the order instead of lying! I would've been more likely to stay as a customer had you been honest. Its not had to tell when someone is lying to you. I will NEVER purchase, order or refer anyone to this location again.
I absolutely love this place. If he doesn't have something you want in stock, he will order it for you. Customer service is amazing, lots of different brands, styles and colors. Will always be my #1 stop when I am wanting new scrubs!
Nice place, went in to see if they were buying used scrubbs, not at this time.
Very friendly and helpful.
