Dr. Segar's Office

I love Doc !!!! He is an amazing person & Dr. He takes time to get to know you & he actually listens to you!!!! He cares & you feel that when your in the room with him.. it’s very hard to find Doctors like him… I don’t ever want him to retire!!!! He’s a Godly man & that shines through in him !! As far as his staff is concerned… we have had our problems but….. have fixed them in an adult manner … I highly recommend Dr. Segar!!! He’s professional & he truly cares!! He loves what he does

I can’t believe the things I have heard since I’ve been home to visit. I am originally from Eunice and moved to Dallas after graduating from college, leaving my parents and one of siblings and family in the Big E for the past 18 years. Dr. Segar is well known, an awesome Dr. and awesome person. The downfall is his unprofessional staff. Customer service 101: The customer is always right learn how to professionally problem solve The way the front office staff have spoke to my mother is very unprofessional and will have been fired a long time ago had they been in a city or bigger establishment. The sad part is, elderly people will not leave or say anything because they have been going for a long time and don’t like change and if they need to change, there aren’t many to choose from. Dr. Segar, please evaluate the tone, attitudes, and professionalism of your office staff.
