I went to this dentist AT RANDOM. NO REFFERAL! SO THIS IS NOT A BIAS REVIEW TOWARD THE DENTIST OFFICE. This dentist is truly great. I called on a Sunday with terrible pain and he saw me that same day, 0 notice, no appointment. He gave up his Sunday night to help me. He performed a root canal which was practically painless considering the nature of a root canal procedure. And the price of the entire visit was literally less than half of what any dentist would charge me without insurance, considering it was an emergency on a SUNDAY night. He is very kind, and knowledgeable. I recommend this dentist to anyone.
Very kind, very patient, and works relentlessly to make sure the end product is up to standards. He is available on the weekend and the number attached to this Google account is his cell phone number, I don’t think very many dentists would be willing to be this accessible to their patients. Highly recommended. Because he’s thorough with his work, prepare to be there for a decent amount of time.
Terrible time management. There is NO point in making an appointment because he is never on time. Be prepared to sit in the waiting room for an hour+ before be actually sees you. I advise you to find a more professional dentist that respects your time and needs. It shouldn’t take SIX hours to get your braces tightened!!!!
Absolutely amazing! The doctor is very gentle, thoughtful and soft spoken but also very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't in any pain for my cracked molar extraction and I felt nothing at all. It was over very quickly and easily and the fact that he was open and seeing patients on a Sunday was the icing on the cake because I don't think I would have made it another second with the amount of pain I was in! Highly recommend him, you won't regret it. Thank you Dr. Vega your the best!!
I went there on a SATURDAY afternoon I don’t know no other dentist that opens on Saturdays I was in major pain from 2 wisdom teeth and a third broken cavity I called and he told me to come in we did some X-rays and within 20 minutes I was getting an extraction. He performed it extremely well and I was left satisfied. For someone who don’t have insurance I was charged reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
This is the best Dentist that I had ever, very professional, knowledgeable, and good caring of his patients. Always that I made an appointment with him, he is available and fixes your reason. Highly recommended
This place is a veterinary if you do not know anything about dental I advise to call your dental insurance prior to, I am a hygienist and my 80 year old grandma went to this office and they told her she got a deep cleaning when they didn’t even anestesie her she told me they didn’t even use cleaning instruments, she’s always gotten normal cleanings. They also told her she needed a root canal when she didn’t have any symptoms or abscess. We reported this doctor to the insurance and reported this dentist along with his license number to the ADA. Be careful with this practice find yourself another provider, we did!!!!
We called last minute on a SUNDAY morning, my aunt was in a lot of pain and he went above and beyond to make sure she felt great once she left his office. Who does that? Open on a Sunday for one patient on a Sunday? Someone who loves what they do, and want to help people! Small office, very quiet, with some work to get done but don't judge an the potential of a doctor by the looks of the office.
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!! Went to get a cleaning that my insurance covers 100% in network after services was billed $110 and when switching dentist the following week I came in to ask for my X-rays. I was told that it would be a fee to grab them from a server and email them as a PDF and that they will have to be redone again hence billing the insurance again. Upon arrive to this location there are no nurses in sight and Dr. Sergio is alone running a one man operation. He does not look up your information on the computer and fills everything out on paper even the invoice was hand written while explaining what my coverage is when he doesn’t have any information in front of him just from the top of his head guessing any cost. When calling the insurance they were billed 100% for the cleaning plus what I had to pay out of pocket was never informed to my insurance meaning it was pocket money for him. I would stay far away from this location unless you want to be ripped off.
As an incoming new patient, I am not pleased!! Currently in a lot of pain called this dentist this morning who told me to come in. Drive 12 miles to get here only to find the doors locked and lights off. Not cool thanks but no thanks. Very unprofessional
