Very Professional Pediatric Dentist. My daughter is 3 years old and I was very scared since she had couple cavities, he did amazing job and managed not to scare her. On a second appointment she came back with a smile. I am very thankful and will definitely return ! Highly recommended!
RUN AWAY!!! this is the worst dentist office you can consider for your child. They are very rude with children and parents. They are always asking to give the child calming medicine before fixing the smallest cavity, and the child is always wrapped into the cocoon with Velcro from his toes to the top of the head. They let me in once, and it was scary even see the child wrapped like that. I asked the doctor not to use the wrap because my son was fine with the other dentist and let him fix the tooth. The doctor just said that this is how their practice policy and that he wouldn't have a time to deal with the child... Thanks God, my children's teeth weren't so bad and they experienced this torture only couple times... BTW when we switched the dentist they were letting to fix the cavities without any problems.. The last drop, why we left, was when after regular check-up the doctor announced that he's is going to pull out 4 of my 6 year old sons healthy teeth because they will not let the new ones grow in the future. I was shocked. I asked to give me the copies of the pics, they refused. All these tooth suppose to be there for about 3-4 years. I asked, maybe we can wait and see how everything will develop and pull them, if needed. The doctors response was very arrogant and short: if you do not agree with me, you have to leave my practice.. I am glad I questioned his decision and even more that we left his CRAPPY PRACTICE. .. We went to consult with another dentist and he didn't see any problems and that any tooth would need to be pulled out.... My son now is 12 and his new teeth grew nice and straight.
My daughter has been here a couple times. I trust the dentist and the 2 women that assist him. They were caring and concerned about Aniyah well being. It is true they do not pick up every time I call but they are with a patient. I wouldn't want anyone answering the phone while my daughter is being treated. I feel they focus and spend quality time with each child accordingly. I give them 5 stars.
Dr. Bhatia is as exceptional dentist! His staff is always pleasant to be around. If they don't answer the phone I leave a message and they call back. I have a wonderful smile and i owe it all to him and his staff! I started going to him when I was 6 years old! Now as I am 40 and moved across the country, I am struggling to find a replacement dentist. After reading these reviews I am disgusted by others comments and would recommend his services to anyone!
This man and his helpers 2 woman who play the part of receptionist and dental assistants were extremely unprofessional and rude to my 4 year old son who was getting some major work done on his teeth; he was understandably, very nervous. They told him "If you don't stop screaming, I will tell Mommy to leave" "If you don't calm down, you won't be able to go home". After my son continued to cry, they lied to him and told him that they, “told mommy to leave because you would not stop crying”. I heard this myself; I was in the waiting room and could hear everything. My son is 4, he was in a scary place getting an awful procedure done, all wrapped up in a papoose; needless to say he was very frightened and any child would not like that. They also cut my sons face I have pictures the first visit and didn't even tell me how it happened; they actually denied doing it when I asked them about it at this visit. They also pulled one of his front teeth after I specifically told the lady NOT to. I didn't get an apology, they only said, "Well it was charted". The dentist acted like it was no big deal that he pulled my sons front tooth which won't be growing back anytime soon and proceeded to tell me to "calm down, there is no reason to be like this". This place is not only dirty, but they do not know how to work with children, or adults for that matter. If you are considering going to this "dentist" DO NOT!! They do not let you go in the room, you can hear your child SCREAMING for you, and they are MEAN to kids. The place is dirty too, paint is chipping off of the walls and the walls and floor are dirty. I would drive miles and miles for a different dentist just to avoid this man and his helpers.
This dentist is so mean, you cannot even talk to him the day of the procedure, nor be in the back with your kid when the work is done. My daughter is terrified by this place and is not going back. I'd rather drive to the city over an hour from my house than go to this place. If you love your child do not go to this place!
I had an appointment today and had my child with No Food No liquids and empty stomach with 10ml of atarax i waited 2 hours in parking lot waiting for them to open nobody called me! To tell me they were closed for today I also saw other families waiting
This is absolutely outrageous every time I call there is never anybody to pick up the phone to inform me about my childrens appointment and since I do t get a phone call back and miss my appointment they get upset with me instead of actually being Profesional and he speak to the parents like if we are some type of stupid and tells me if I miss another appointment my children are not welcome anymore and calls my family a complete waste of time... for your information "Dr. Bathia" if your so called receptionist answered the phone once in a while nobody would miss there appointment, and when I ask the unprofessional "receptionist" if they can call me a day before to confirm my appointment which any doctor office would and I know for sure because I have worked at a doctor's office she tells me that they don't so that because that is not there responsibility that we should already know.... I am completely unsatisfied and can't understand how this place is still open...
Never ever answer their phone!
