I have been to Dr. Boyd’s office a few times and I have rarely ever felt like I was actually being cared for and treated. Every time I see her she is always in a rush to get through my appointment, sometimes not even discussing the issues that I came to see her about. I never feel that I’m taken seriously or treated as a respected patient.
Horrible front office staff. Reported the racist staff to Dr. Boyd over 12 years and she did nothing. My daughter was taken off as a patient after 2 years and the policy is 3 years. The worst doctors office unless you are white which is ironic. Office has not been the same since Patricia left. Even Urgent Care staff says everyone speaks poorly of the office. In the process of reporting office to the board.

I was a new patient to the facility. The facility was in a good location. The staff was warm and welcoming. The doctor assistant was attentive and understanding. However, Dr. Body was incompetent to the fact that I was charted to be high risk, was due to return to work during the pandemic, and showed no objection to this. Not to mention the $400 in follow up testing she had me complete to confirm what was already discussed as prior history and charted from previous years of medical history. Needless to say, I have found another doctor and I am in good hands. Good luck!
Dr Boyd is attentive, professional and very responsive. She takes time to ask questions.
