Doctor Kraus is a fantastic, doctor. Cares about his patients and willing to try different things until a solution is found. Great guy, great staff, great office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kraus for quite a while now. I had a pretty major back surgery in May of 2020 and after about 6 months still dealing with pain I was refered to Dr. Kraus from my surgeon, Dr Patel. Dr. Kraus has been very understanding and concerned with my issues with the pain I am having. I am slowly but surely getting better, I knew this would be a long road to recovery and Dr. Kraus has played a big role in helping me understand how to deal with this pain. His treatments from injections to pain medications have helped me tremendously. I doubt I will ever be completely pain free but I am glad there are doctors like Dr. Kraus out there to help.
After experiencing a very, disappointing and debilitating experience with another doctor, my Primary Care Physician referred me to Dr. Trevor Kraus. As a result of Dr. Kraus’, integrity, knowledge and approach to treatment, my recovery was amazing and immediate! There are not enough words to express my gratitude, and I would recommend him to anyone! I have been a patient of Dr. Kraus for approximately five years. I have noticed in the past year a major customer service improvement. The staff has always been friendly and helpful but now it seems they go the Extra mile to make sure your needs or questions are taken care of immediately and call you back to assure you things were taken care of. Love to all the Staff!
If you are experiencing chronic pain or discomfort you need to call Dr Krause’s office and schedule an appointment as soon as you can! After 2 failed back surgeries I was recommended by my surgeon to see Dr. Krause to help manage my pain. It has been 7 years under his care and I no longer have chronic pain and have my life back. For someone experiencing pain, daily tasks can be very hard to do. Dr Kraus’s staff are amazing with scheduling procedures, setting your appointments with a follow up reminder call. His staff will also act as a liaison with other doctors that are part of your care and any insurance questions or billing you may have I feel that Dr Krause and his team have been an integral part of being able to enjoy my children and especially my grandchildren!
It’s impossible for me to say anything negative about Dr Kraus, his practice, or his staff. He is prepared when he comes in to talk to me and REALLY listens to what I’m saying. I’m a patient, not a number. His staff is A+. Never a wait to see him or his PA Karen Workman which happens because of his office culture. Calls get answered and calls get returned. How much more can a patient ask for.

Bad experience. Failed to address the stated reason I came to his office. I told him the cause of my pain torn rotator cuff and it was as if he didn't hear the words that came out of my mouth. He proceeded to tell me I needed to have an MRI of my neck not the cause of my pain!. Then, when I complained, he called my wife not me at work, talked down to her, didn't listen and was argumentative. I would rather suffer in pain than go back to this doctor.
Please believe that Dr.Kruse and Audra are the best at what they do. I have held a few positions in the medical field for 35 years. I have been a patient of his for a few years he has given me back my life. I HAVE HAD MANY FAUCET INJECTIONS AND EVERY ONE HAS IMPROVED MY LIFE. I CAME TO HIM HUNCHED OVER IN SO MUCH PAIN FOR YEARS. I SAW "SPINE DOCTORS THAT FAILED MISERABLY. I have never even had pain pills. Never!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT HIS ABILITTIES. ..I just can not say enough. I turn to them when I need a referral even. Im sorry I have not posted a review. Love both of these two.. K Martin
