Dr Walter Stevens ENT

Stevens is an incredible doctor with heart. He saved my life and continued to take care of me. He listens and takes the right care for his patients.

So far, so good. It was a long wait to get an appointment, which I expected with a specialist. He was very nice to me and my son. He explained everything I needed to know, let me ask questions and let my son be a typical toddler boy in the office. His wall was covered with thank you drawings from other kids. I was nervous with all of the reviews and now feel a lot better.

The office staff is terrible. They gave me the wrong appointment date information and then rescheduled me a month later. When I asked front office to speak to Dr. Walter's assistant they were rude about it. When I spoke with Gloria the assistant she was unsympathetic to my sons constant nose bleed issue and was very rude about getting a message to the Dr. All she could say was to go to the ER. Truly incompetent staff. I'm definitely changing Dr.

Waited more than 3 months to get an appointment with this doctor only to be refused to be seen because according to the receptionist, Gabby C. my referral slip should have come from my insurance co, Healthnet and not my primary care doctor. The receptionist, Gabby C confirmed my appointment the day before never mentioning about the unusual referral procedure I needed to obtain. It's weird because this doctor was referred to me by My insurance company Healthnet because doctors get out of network all the time and my primary care doctor cant keep up with who is and who is not within network. To cut the story short my primary care doctor said this doctor's office just dont know what theyre doing. My primary care doctor refers patients all the time and never had any problems! So patients BEWARE!

Loved Dr. Stevens. He truly does care about his patients. Despite the long waits, this Dr is worth it. He was so good to my daughter. Don't let his personality fool you. Dr. Stevens is a kid at heart.

My 6yr old daughter was seeing another ENT for about a year until I finally asked to see someone else! We were referred to Dr Stevens and I am so thankful that we were!! My daughter had blood draining from her ears for sometime and the other ENT didn't seem to do anything about! I knew something was wrong!! The 1st time we saw Dr stevens he diagnosed her immediately!! He said she had a severe and extreme on going ear infection along with needing to have her tubes, adenoids and tonsils removed! I am so thankful and greatful for my daughter to have been able to be seen by him! Since then she has not had any problems! I highly recommend him especially for pediatric patients!! Thank You Dr Stevens!!

DR. STEVENS- What kind of ENT doctor diagnoses a brain tumor through a hearing test? Not just any hearing test but a test conducted by his aid. You did not even have an MRI ordered to determine if your "diagnosis" is indeed validated by a scan. You simply assumed that a patient of yours- my father--has a brain tumor. Do you know what that does to an elderly patient's state of mind???? Do you know what your crazy, idiotic, non scientific diagnosis does to a family?? The crazy thing is that you even had a description of the tumor without an MRI reading. And to make matters even worse, you didn't even ask that an MRI be done. See me in 6 months???? What kind of crazy doctor are you??? This is beyond cruel-- to put anyone through this. I am appalled. I am shocked a doctor can be this irresponsible and inhumane. I am shocked that you even still have a license. To anyone considering to see this doctor, DON'T. Not only does he not have proper medical etiquette, he is severly inept as a doctor.

I waited over a month for a request that I was told would take two weeks. I called to ask why it was taking so long and was told that the request was never sent and that it must have been dropped. This amount of negligence is not something that should exist in the medical field.

Terrible office management. My daughter had an appointment at 4 and we waited and hour to see the Dr. The girls in the front desk are unprofessional and acted like they didn't care every time I asked when we were going to go in. I will not recommend this office of you can go somewhere else save your self the trouble of coming here.

We got in appointment at 3.30 pm we waited tell 4.30 pm and the have not called us and receptionist was so rude if I don’t have my son surgery scheduled I want be back
