I went to two different locations, Aventura and Pembroke Pine, this Dr Trujillo did not come to me to explain my situation at either location, she sent messengers with her staff the first time they gave me the wrong explanation and made me spend a lot of unnecessary money, the second time at Pembroke Pine it was explained better by the staff, one more time this doctor did not face me, she is extremely unprofessional, I had never seeing any doctor like this and I am a health worker. I was after the staff for an appointment at the end I had no knowledge that they switched me without my consent to another location which is far away from me. I am not recommend her, you can find much better and professional dentist. This doctor does not come to the patient to explain the condition and one she sends to her workers, the first time in Aventura one of her employees gave me an erroneous explanation where they made me spend unnecessary money under the pretext that they would call me soon, waiting and calling until I found out that they had transferred me to Pembroke Pine without my consent, this is far away for me, anyway I went there finding the same situation that this doctor does not come to explain or show face again, she sends her workers, that's it's pretty unprofessional. I do not recommend it, there are other dentists with a different attitude towards patients.
