This monitored on-site program will take you through a progressive weight training routine. This course will focus on strength and muscularity for the full body which will be customized to the individual. The format will remain the same but exercises will constantly change.

Dragon believes in group training where the energy of the group is positive and everyone has a common goal to succeed. Dragon believes in training the individual over a two month period creating an "exercise habit" that then becomes incorporated into that individual's lifestyle. Dragon believes in a safe environment where the individual is educated to perform exercising utilizing proper technique and form.
