This used to be the absolute best place for Chinese. Literally the best! When Jennings owned it the food was top quality as well as service. Then he sold to I believe a family member and they began to slowly cut back on quality. Now when you call you speak to someone from India to place your order. The food is horrible. You can tell they use low grade food now. If you’re an original dragons customer then you know how bad it’s gotten. I keep hoping Jennings will return one day and bring back the way it used to be. Until then I will never order from here again.
This was my first time at this restaurant and I must say I was impressed! The food was AMAZING! I am a very big Chinese food fan and this one tops my favorite list. They were very friendly and helped me pick something they already made based off what I was trying to create lol. They are a little pricey but definitely worth it. And they take cards. GET THE FRIED CHICKEN WINGS.. thank me later
Blandest Chinese food I've ever had. The fried rice has nothing in it but onion, no flavor. The lemon chicken is bland as well. I also got the crab Rangoon. They just tasted funny to me. And not good funny.
My favorite Chinese place to go to. Definitely one of the best food I’ve tried compared to other places but it’s hard to choose the best Chinese restaurant. Though I will be back frequently.
Never again, first time trying this place and will never be ordering from here again. Blandest fried rice I've ever had. The Boneless Pork Spare Ribs were literally swimming in fat/oil, I mean it was like soup... General Tso's was dry and stringy, egg rolls tasted like chemicals or something and the lo mein was trash. Only 2 things in the order that were kind of ok were the sugar donuts and the cheese steak roll, otherwise the rest of the food was terrible compared to anywhere else in the area. Worst $50+ spent on take out this year hands down.
Food is great that is for sure. The older delivery driver is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The absolute worst customer service. I stopped ordering from here for 5 month's due to my last interaction with the driver. He didn't even exit the car to hand me the food. He reached over to the passenger window. Each time he delivers he instantly says what about the tip. WITHOUT looking at the receipt or just being patient. I called and complained. But today the same thing happened. 5 month's apart and their driver is the worst and I absolutely regret tipping each time.
The food is just simply tasteless. I ordered general tso and fried rice. The rice was cold an didn't have any flavor and the chicken was hard under all that sauce
I don't understand this place, they have hired a third party to take all orders over the phone and they have messed my order up...I specifically said, I wanted chow main with no sugar, and to make it extra spicy and when I got home it was so sweet, I am going to throw it away... When I called the restaurant to tell them, a lady picked the phone up, and said it had no sugar and hung up the phone, not wanting to hear my side of the story... So ignorant and so rude.... How hard is it to cook without sugar, sugar will kill diabetics in the long run... But these people don't get it, what is it going to convince them to cook healthier for people with diabetes... The food was horrible.... Waste of my money, but am absolute gain for them...I guess it's easy to make money this way... Hope they enjoy their lives... Hope they never get diabetes. I wish their was a rating less than zero...I would give it less than that... Just saying and venting.
I was at my daughters and I said I could go for some Chinese food she ordered from dragon too I waited until I got home to eat my chicken and broccoli the rice was good the sauce was good the broccoli was good the chicken was questionable it had a funny texture to it it tasted fatty I did not eat the chicken at all I threw it out. I will never ever order from that place again
Order food from this store almost 4 times a week for are lunch at work. One time and it was are last time they forgot one of the meals, ok no big deal we called and the lady said she will not bring it back out but she would give us a free meal for the next time, ok fine we called the next day to get the free meal after going back and forth with her to even get the meal she was acting like she didn’t remember what she said. After she finally remembered she was going to give us the meal free but wanted to charge us a $15 dollar deliver fee like what ??? Mind you it’s only 5 minutes away from are store and why should we have to pay for deliver when we paid for it the last time and why would we go get it if we paid deliver the last time. Long story short we didn’t get anything and lost us as a customers forever.
