Drake Dental Lab does AMAZING work! We have used them for over 10 years now. They go above and beyond to make sure our patients are very pleased with all of their dental appliances and crowns. They go as far as meeting with our patients if they have concerns or questions and even do custom shade appointments to make sure everything matches PERFECTLY! As well as great dental work they have a SUPERB customer service team that is always there to assist you in any way needed. I would highly recommend Drake to any office!
I am a general dentist in a private practice and have used Drake Dental Lab for years and have always been very pleased with the quality of work they provide with exceptional customer service! They go above and beyond to help me take care of my patients.
Wow! Extremely professional, highly skilled, and overly clean. Dentist asked me to go by Drake to get a shade and I was a little worried about the unknown. When I got to the Drake lab, I felt at ease. The employees were considerate and genuine. I will be requesting Drake for all future dental services.
If I could give zero stars I would. After sending it back four times they still didn’t get it right! My dentist said that a 1st year dental student should be able to do this work. I decided to cut losses and find another lab. And as for your response... I am fully aware that I told the dentist that I was happy and left. I was embarrassed for him! If you were to ask him if I’ve been back to his office, he would tell you that I haven’t. And just so you are aware, I am very familiar with how things work in a dental lab! Your craftsmanship and skill are lacking!
I am a dentist but I am also a multi-practice owner and, as such, face some complex problems regarding cost-structure and processes especially regarding work flow. Drake understands and facilitates closing gaps on these challenges and is willing to work with me on process improvement. They ask questions, offer suggestions, and come up with real solutions. Recently, they were able to integrate digital scanning into my three practices to improve patient comfort and experience. The quality is predictable and remakes are rare with Drake. Times they are a changin' and Drake is keeping pace. I recommend Drake Lab to dentists and practice owners looking for a forward thinking lab who understands the direction dentistry is heading and is willing to be flexible and innovative while maintaining great quality dentistry to improve the experience of our patients.

The worst experience that I have ever dealt with. Drake dental Lab has tried to fix my partial 5 times now, in only a 6 month period of time. Very annoyed with this company. DO NOT buy their partials.
Make sure you ask your dentist which lab they use! We had to make 2 trips to their facility. Traveling over 6 hours taking time off work and spending nights in hotel. Couldn’t get color correct. Didn’t care!
