No return policy as sister bought my husband sleepers for Xmas but refused return should tell customers this the policy so not good service when did return they said my sister should of ask but feel if there policy they should tell customers
they ruined our engagement. 3 weeks after buying the ring which would be made in 8 weeks they called us to say it wasn't going to be made 3 weeks!!!. My partner had already booked the engagement so lost out on that money too. We were never told it wasn't guaranteed. They never followed the complaints procedure. The lady from Head office was rude and called me a liar. Don't bother wasting your money here. These people are literally bottom feeders. I am so disgusted and they really need to take a good look as to why they are trading if they don't care about the customers. More of a joke shop than a jewellery shop if you ask me!!! Would give 0 stars if I could
My lady and I went ring shopping. We went to a few places, here won out due to stock and staff being friendly and easy to talk to. Bought two rings, neither were right size but I stress that we knew that, we wanted things that are unusual, that's what we got, took them back to resize and rings came back in the expected time frame! We are over the moon with our rings. I can commend the staff all of them for being knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Well done you ladies!
Great variety of jewelry, spoilt for choice and money! Something for all tastes, except me, I don't do jewelry but my wife makes up for it. She buys all her work colleagues jewelry from here because they're so reasonably priced she nearly always gets herself something!
Do not buy anything if you are uncertain or if it is a gift they do not do refunds. Appalling service. Cheap jewellery. Update after using my credit note as I said no refunds I was given my change of 1p as a credit note! What does that tell me about the sort of people that own the business! I would rather my 1p of gone to charity. I will never shop here ever again.
Absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated today in this store by the store manager. Think its name was Daniella or something to that effect. Threatening to call security because she did not like the fact I caught her out on a few questions I asked. Telling me that White gold is white gold. I do not know what I am talking about. I spend near a £1000 on an engagement ring for my other half and the white gold fades off completely in 7 months telling me I need to pay to have it redipped. noting this is the second ring as the first one the diamonds fell out due to pure manufacturing process. They have lost another sale due to poor customer service. I shall be attempting to take this up with their "not" so brilliant customer service.
Good shop with a great range of jewellery and really good customer service. Originally went in to buy something for my girlfriend I saw on the window but ended up buying something much nicer which the staff thought she would like more and it turns out she did, only an extra couple of quid. Would recommend for anyone
I bought a pair of earrings, 9k gold with swarowski crystals but when I openned the box at home, the crystals had fallen out of the earring sockets. Spent 40£ on those. Luckily, I decided to open them one more time before giving them as gift. I managed to swap them for another pair the next day, but really disappointed of the quality of the first ones. Secondly, for the faulty item they didnt want to refund me the money, only offered to substitute them...
Was with my mum, she got a beautiful chain and very reasonably priced
Unfortunately my opinion is starting to change. I have always spoken about Warren James highly, but after coming into the Portsmouth store to have a ring changed for a different size and being told that I was a lier by who I assume was the store manager/duty manager wasn't great. She implied that the ring had been worn when it had only been on my finger for 5 minutes to try it on and then it went back on the box. Now waiting for head office to contact me. Don't think I will waste my time going back to the Portsmouth store. Shame really as the Fareham store is great and so are the staff
