We had a very pleasant experience shopping for a recliner. The manager of the store was helpful and patiently gave us all the time we needed to try out the merchandise, also kindly answering each of our questions. The furniture is very good quality. We ended up purchasing two recliners and left feeling happy and satisfied.
My 87 year old grandmother bought a couch and loveseat set from Russ. After a few weeks of use, she noticed there was something wrong with the support below the cushions on one side. Clearly a manufacturer flaw and the couch was still under warranty. After emailing the manufacturer, we were told their warranty states you have to make claims through the retailer. The issue was then brought to Russ’s attention and he refused to issue the claim and honor the warranty. Save your money and do NOT bring your business here unless you want to be stuck with broken, overpriced furniture.
I had a great experience buying a mattress and frame from Russ . I got the frame that I wanted and a mattress in a timely manner and it was nice to buy from a local business. Dreamers has a great selection and service and I highly recommend doing business with this store. John Manning

Russ I hope you read this. I never heard back from you on my cushions and I am soooo uncomfortable on this couch for it not even being a year old and now the legs are falling off the recliner I rarely used as well, I am afraid to sit in it or let anyone else.. I see it says the business is closed but I sure wish you had at least an answering machine to be able to get back to me and other people with warranty issues. Things are still being shipped and a simple matter of dropping them at my door would be nice. Thank you you know who I am and my phone number, Michele
hours state open until 6pm, pulled in the parking lot at 5:40 pm and they were closing and locking the doors ..very poor.. you lost a bed sale,i had cash, lots of other furniture stores around that need the money
The showroom is full of tasteful room arrangements. Knowledgeable sales person offered help without being pushy, I like that. I'm very happy with my purchases..thanks Dreamers!
