Dressbarn

I had already been to 3 different stores looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. Absolutely nothing is what I found. 3 ppl in my family said try Dress Barn so I went. Honestly wasn't expecting a lot but was I so wrong. Alexa asked what I was looking for and helped me pick out 3 dresses. She was attentive, asking me how things were going, and so nice. Long story short, I found a dress. Best part of it was that it was also on clearance. I can't thank Alexa enough for her assistance. She deserves recognition for the wonderful job she does.

Awesome place! I have never been to a dress barn before, but I was exploring everywhere for the perfect dress to attend a wedding. Not only did they had the very same dresses $150+ that I had tried on earlier at more expensive department stores, but they had them for a fraction of the price! Plus, I found the perfect dress, and spent $20! I can't believe I was about to pay $175 just 30 minutes earlier somewhere else. What a life saver! The employees were extremely helpful and polite, and not once did I feel intimidated Thank you. I will definitely be coming back!

Typically I love shopping at the dressbarn because the employees help you find sizes or recommend outfits. This time, one employee helped me get a dressing room but after that, did not assist me or come check on me at all. It was disappointing.

Even though the chain is closing this store is fully stocked with new items. There are great deals and plenty to choose from with plenty of sizes. If you are a dress barn fan this is still a good store to shop at.

I have been to dress batn several times and I have had really good experience there but what I experienced this Sunday got me thinking. I went there with my friend, there were two associates, an older lady and a younger girl. First the younger girl just stared us down and said nothing but the older lady greeted us. We looked and found a shirt in the clearance rack which had an extra 60% off sign above. There were 3 other sizes of the same top in that same rack. I found pants which said and extra 30% off then i went to check out. The younger associate checked me out, did not even ask if we found everything ok. She just had a straight face. The total was higher than what the price should be so i asked and she told me the too was and extra 30% off even though the sign on top said extra 60% off. That wasn’t a problem, I checked out and left but before I left I decided to do the maths myself and realized she charged me more so i went back into the store to ask. We both did the maths and she realized she was wrong, then I brought up the fact that it should be extra 60% off since yhe sign said that. She tild me they went by the tag and it said on the computer that april stuff were extra 30% off. Now when she realized she was wrong she told me, it didnt have an extra 30% off and that it was a new markdown. I tood her a had a coupon that said extra 30% off new markdown and she told me it wouldn’t work on that so i ended up returning the items. I don’t know why that happened but i have worked in retail before and that is a no no.

We have been going to the Dress Barn for a while now and have been recieving excelent service from everyone, but I especialy look for Amanda. I really value her opinion and her fashion sense, and she helps me pick out clothes for all ocassions! Thanks Amanda you rock!!

I love this place they have friendly customer service and a grate selection just wish they had more pluse size selections they have quality dresses for good pricess hopefully they get more pluse sized dresses it would be grate you can also order thinh on there website

Personally their clothes are my style. But I mean the people were nice and the store was really clean.

They seldom have what I'm looking for. I just want clothes to cover my body and not show massive amounts of cleavage.

Always helpful employee. I never have a problem finding my size.
