I guess they have been under new management for the past year or so.  I don’t recognize any of the new staff or Managers.  Each time I come in I see new people.  I have been shopping from here for the past three years but the last couple of times I have come in here the cashiers have been extremely rude.  I buy a lot from here but now I just prefer to order online.   I don’t think managers or new cashiers are properly trained they don’t know how to treat customers now.  Even for a simple return they have some sort of smart remark.    I have to think twice before shopping in this store.

The cashier in store #1369 needs a lesson in customer service. When I first walked into this location, the cashier was being rude to a customer that didn't understand the sales price instead of explaining she kept her raising her voice thinking that would help the situation. The same cashier rung my friend up and literally had the same attitude towards her although the dresses she picked were in the rack stating $34.50, my friend even apologized for asking questions but the lady continued to show attitude. We left the store very unhappy.  We had left a cell phone there and didn't realize it till later and I called to make sure someone picked up and the cashier purposely ignored the calls and when my friend went in looking for it the cashier just looked and ignored. We will definitely call customer service and report this incidence, hope this will be a lesson to her in customer service. She may have rung up a sale because Dressbarn has good items definitely not because of her cheery personality.

The staff who work are the worst and they make you feel like garbage. Except Julia everyone needs to be taught on customer service . May be the corporate should take initiative to train their employees like Starbucks did.I would never go back to dress barn in Floral Park - the one next to stop and shop. Wonder how they hire these people ?

Dressbarn 1369 - I went to exchanged a blouse on 5/27 - 12: 00. The cashier sales  reg#2 - cashier 036 was very rude. Not helpful at all. She was very busy gossiping with the other two worker's about a worker who called out sick today. I will never go in that store again.  I hope the store manager sends her to a training class. She really needs it.

They know how to treat their customers. They are awesome. I was treated so special by Courtney & Fern & the sales rack tho....wow, along with All the other merchandise. I'll definetly be frequenting there more often to shop

Great quality clothing, great pricing, the do have some great dresses.   Parking and location

Its hit or miss, but mostly hit. Its targeted to be price friendly and "occasion" related.
