Absolutely awful!! Didn't do what they are suppose to before closing how do you even close without verifying payoffs? Now waiting for another week because the job wasn't completed before closing have to pay the buyers every day Driggs doesn't release the funds. You guys got your payment now give me mine for selling my house. No communication. I'll be reporting to BBB and channel 3 news I have all the documents that I signed and buyers signed And that was completed by notary but yet you Letica still don't have everything how does that make any sense I have emails stating funds will be released before cut off that's a joke to. Then trying to lie stating you don't have a payoff from statewide so I called and guess what they gave you that and YOU CALLED AND VERIFIED!!! So what is your deal are you in with the buyers to not give us our funds as sellers so they can make more off of us by staying here day after day? Because it's seeming to be that way.
Leticia Gracia is the best of the best! She goes above and beyond for all her clients and realtors. I have closed several transactions with her and has never disappointed me or my clients. Leticia and her assistant Charlett are always on top of all the client files and great at communicating which is very import to me as a realtor and a client. I just finished singing on a home I purchased my self with Leticia and Charlett and they made my experience super easy and easy going as expected. Thank you Leticia and Charlett!!

I am sorry that I cannot recommend Driggs Title Agency Goodyear. They made a very large mistake on our settlement number that nobody involved with the transaction caught and then called at the eleventh hour needing more money IMMEDIATELY. To make a long story short, I felt CJ and Patty were very unprofessional in handling our situation and it felt like they were putting blame on everyone else except themselves. In fact, I never spoke to Patty on the phone at all and she was the escrow officer. Only after I complained, she sent me an email. Again, unprofessional. My hope is that they learned through our terrible experience to check and double check numbers so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I have been in this area for nearly twenty years. I am in the business of sales and have established a relationship with incoming families to Luke AFB. Early on I came in contact with Patty Miller and her team at Driggs Title in Goodyear. I can't afford to give referrals that I am not a hundred per cent confident in. I don't have time to check and re check the progress of my referrals . I enjoy knowing that once Patty and her team are involved, I can move on to my next transaction. A big company with small town values. I can never thank them enough.
