I have been using drug crafters for over a year now and have always had exceptional service. My most recent order is what prompted me to write this review. Alicia was able to get my order processed and shipped to me quicker than normal so my patients had no lapse in treatment. Wow I can't believe the bad reviews lately. Thing must be not going good in the pharmacy. I have ordered twice from here and it seems to be okay. I get my meds on time and it doesn't take that long. My issue is I wonder if I am getting the real medicine since it doesn't seem to be working. I was told my med with B6 would be a light pink color and mine is clear. I asked them about it but never got a response but the customer service is good I haven't had an issue
My doctor's visit was on Jan 26, 2023. Today is Feb 21, and still have not received my prescription. First they reported they did not receive the prescription from my doctor. It took three calls for my doctor's office to get the medication in their system. For two weeks now I have called everyday to get a status update, which you can not do by using their automated system because it simple disconnects. When talking with a tech, I have been told that my compound has been processed, and is waiting to be shipped, which will happen "later today". Every day, the same line, but no medication. They say it can take up to a week to process compounds, but we are well over that. I was assured yesterday it would "for sure" go out, but the charge has not been processed, on my card, nor have I received a text confirming shipping. The customer service is horrendous- Never have I dealt with a pharmacy that is so inept. UPDATE: My medication arrived soon after posting this. While I am still not happy with the speed or customer service I received, the package was very carefully packed and arrived undamaged.
Their medicines work. Their representatives are rude sometimes. Specifically today, representative Joy was rude. Prescription was sent 3/18/23. Today is April 1, 2023. I inquired about my prescriptions being filled and was told that I'm at the 8th business day and they have until the 10th business day. When I went to respond, she quickly cut me off and continued to repeat that they have 10 business days. I just asked to be transferred to the pharmacist who was helpful. The way I see it is, you can't be: 1 Expensive 2 Rude 3 Backed up/late with filling prescriptions! and 4 occasionally get the prescriptions wrong. Pick a struggle so that your customers aren't constantly getting the worst end of the stick.
By far the worst compound pharmacy I have ever used! Takes a couple weeks to even process the script. Finally get my medicine. This time they charged my card twice. I call. She says she will reimburse but still has not and that was last week. Then medicine shows up at my door again. So they filled my script twice. Charged me two times of course and then I get a notification today that I have a script waiting for me to pick up. Getting them on the phone is a complete pain. Will NEVER use this compound pharmacy again. Concerns me if my compound meds are even correct.
One star, they don’t fill the prescription on time. Terrible customer service, they must hear this all the time so the don’t care. The voice message says they care and fill in one week. Two weeks no prescription. I told them they need to change their recording.
I've been using Drug Crafters for almost a year now and their customer service is bar none. Not only because of my interaction with staff, but because they actually listen to their customers and adjust their services/product with in the scope their able of course accordingly. I didn't think I'd ever be impressed with a compounding pharmacy, but Drug Crafters is an outstanding establishment and I am very happy I found them. Keep up the great work Drug Crafters Team!
This pharmacy is terrible! Look for another compounded place. They take forever to refill your prescriptions. Simply don’t care. The app never works! What a disaster! Save your valuable time and go somewhere else. They don’t care that you need your medicine! They will take their sweet time while you suffer!
This pharmacy is not what it once was. Used to be super efficient and proactive. It now takes days to receive prescriptions and if it has to get doctor authorization don’t expect them to be proactive in getting it done. You have to consistently follow up. I’ll be going elsewhere.
The customer service at this Pharmacy, specifically from a Pharmacist named Meg is very unprofessional, there is no understanding or compassion when special situations arise and it doesn't even warrant one star. I strongly recommend you to use another pharmacy! We have spent over $2,000 on hormones and supplements and there is zero gratitude or appreciation, specifically my wife was told to find another pharmacy, so that's what we did.
