The Drum Center of Portsmouth, located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire was founded by Shane Kinney in June of 2009.
In a short amount of time, Drum Center of Portsmouth has asserted themselves as one of the premier drum shop destinations in the world. This didn't come out of nowhere; prior to founding the DCP, Kinney spent 10 years at a Drum Shop in Portland, Maine, helping build it into successful enterprise and member of the Five Star Drum Shop dealer network.
Drum Center of Portsmouth has 6 on staff; all drummers who don't work on commission. We pride ourselves on service before, during, and after the sale.
