I love this salon! I’ve been a client for years, and never have had a bad experience. I also love my stylist Madelyn! She’s very sweet and a good conversationalist. I hadn’t had a professional hair coloring in yearsuntil today and she was very transparent with me in regards to my expectations and the reality of what my hair is capable of. She also price quotes prior to service, which is great. That being said, she’s worth every dollar, and I will continue to be her client for cut and color. Thank you DSM ladies for always providing an overall kind atmosphere. You all are appreciated! =

I wanted my hair cut shorter but it seemed the hairdresser didn’t want t do anymore cutting. She was extremely nice and very sweet. I didn’t want to appear argumentative so I didn’t press the issue. It was extremely expensive for me and everyone I know. It looks good just needed another two inches off.

I hired DSM Salon for my wedding after a recommendation from our venue, and they were great! We planned our wedding on a short timeline, and DSM Salon was very accommodating and even able to fit me in for a trial. Rachel did my bridal hair and make up and was wonderful! I wanted a fun high bun and natural make-up and she nailed it! She was very helpful, making recommendations to make sure I looked and felt my best. Shelby did a great job styling our mom's and sister's hair too. Everyone was so happy with their hair styles and they held up all day. Thank you Rachel and Shelby!!

***Update July 2023**** Shelby is so special, kind and knowledgeable! This is my second time going to her and I love my haircut shorter hair cut both times have been so pleasant and I have felt so happy with my results both times! It’s hard for me to trust anyone cutting my hair but Shelby is definitely my go to **May 2022**I really enjoyed our conversation and felt a lot better after a much need hair cut and girl talk. I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding on Nov 2, along with all of my bridesmaids’ updos. I can’t speak highly enough of the artistry, care, detail, professionalism shown by all of the stylists we worked with. They all listened to what we wanted, and the end products were so beautiful. All 7 of us were in and out within 4 hours, and all of our hairstyles held up for the entire day and night of photos and festivities. And my makeup didn’t need one touch-up the entire time, which is incredible. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

I hired DSM Salon & Spa for wedding hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and moms for my wedding. I would like to start by saying that Kasey. who did my bridal hair, was AMAZING. At my trial and on my wedding day she made sure my hair looked beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. However, the rest of the experience was terrible. The salon makes you pay a fee for a concierge if your wedding party has more than 5 receiving services this is before you pay for the services or travel fees, but this does not mean you get extra help. I was upfront about how many people would need hair and makeup and when we could start but kept having to add stylists and add hours in the last couple months before the wedding, making budgeting a challenge. I was told trial booking wouldn't be a problem and then couldn't get in without coming twice until less than two weeks before the wedding, which conveniently was after it was too late to back out. I didn't get to see my makeup trial at all until it was finished, and the stylist went home for the day even though I didn't like it. My eyes were shadowed black and my face was in foundation about two shades too light. I ended up having to pay the salon for makeup they didn't do on my wedding day and pay a different salon to come in to do my makeup because I was told they couldn't do the makeup I wanted. I wanted standard bridal makeup that looked similar to the portfolio photos they showed me when booking. On the wedding day, one bridesmaid had to wipe her face completely and have another bridesmaid do it and another told the stylist to stop partway through, and she finished it herself later. Hairstyles were inconsistent depending on which stylist did it. Their prices are too high for this type of service, and it was disappointing that stylists were unable to adapt to feedback given to them while the services were given. I would not recommend choosing this salon for your wedding services.Service: Hairstyling

Nicole is a miracle worker! She did an AMAZING job color correcting my hair. I have finally found my new stylist . The salon has a laid back vibe, it’s open and airy so you don’t feel claustrophobic and everyone was super nice!Services: Hairstyling

My first time here - I haven’t cut my hair in 12 years and I was a bit skeptical but Shelby made me feel very comfortable and was amazing during the whole process. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she did better than what I showed her. Cut off 10 inches and absolutely love what she did with my hair. She also gave me a lot of tips on how to do blow outs and what kind of products I should be using. Definitely will be back to color!Service: Hairstyling

I always go to Dsm salon to get my haircut, never had any bad experience with them,they are all very kind

They did pretty good. Went from below shoulder length to right below my ears and had an undercut. I don't think they make enough time for appointments bc I was on time so not early and didnt fill out paperwork and still didnt have time for a wash or much of a style. My friend had a color there recently and it took 3 hours which is a bit much since her hair was cut to shoulder length and not overly thick.
