The staff was very rude. As the place was busy and we are trying on shoes they keep passing by making us move out of their way. Not one time did staff ask if we needed help or if they could assist with anything. We ended up leaving as well as a couple of other people because we could even look with how many times they needed through
Crazy. Found a pair of shoes and went to pay cash. Nope, "we need you to purchase a gift card and then you can use the gift card to pay." What??? So then they wanted all my personal information. I walked out and went to JCPenny's and they were happy to take my cash.
Sadly, I won't be shopping here anymore. I got a pair of work shoes and in less than 2.5 months they were absolutely garbage. I came in to get new work shoes and they did nothing for me. I was shocked when one employee said they would help me and then when I got to the register I was told other wise. I have shopped here since they opened and literally spent thousands in here. The manager girl with curly hair printed my old receipt and said good luck seeing if the shoe company would do anything about the product. Yep my husband and I will shop else where.
I want to give a quick shout out to the following folks who were all so helpful and patient with me during my annual one hour sojourn to find shoes. Alberto asked me questions about what I needed and pointed me in the right direction and checked on me a couple times to make sure I was finding luck. With his help and Cindy's assistance, I tried on a lot of shoes with great indecision and they were patient and helpful with opinions and suggestions. I know they had work to do so it is very appreciated that they took the time to help me. At the counter, Caitlyn helped me order a pair online. Finally, I was able to try a sample of the shoe cleaning material on my two year old shoes that I love but was about to give up on and the stuff really works! I can re-vamp and keep wearing my favorite shoes. SO MANY WINS on this trip in. Additionally, another employee named Catelyn gave her input at the counter that helped me make additional purchasing decisions. She, as well as everyone else, was welcoming and helpful. I am so grateful to all of you and so appreciate the overall good vibes of the store, especially in my observation of the team members and their customer service ethic. I have been going there almost every year to get my birthday shoes and this was the most personalized and helpful experience yet. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome and for hanging in there with my indecisive self! See ya'll later :
Good shoes!!! Love the store and it's location. Horrible costumer service none of them will get there butts up to help u out in anyway.
This store is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When I was shopping the two attendants were just gossiping about me while I looking and questioned if I was actually looking for shoes just because I went up and down the aisles. When there were other shoppers also in the store I was singled out and was treated me as if I was shoplifting. And when I sat down to try a shoe. They came around with a mean side eye trying to catch me in the act or something. I’m just here to buy shoes for work.
Very well organized by types of shoes. Lots of extras such as hats, shoe supplies, and socks/tights etc. Some unusual products line the area to pay. No "tree boot holders" that keep boots standing up in tall shape though. Trying on shoes seats need to be by clearance area instead of just in full priced areas. Abundance of clearance racks sorted by size. It's not like a full service shoe store. More find what you want type of store. What is out on floor is what they have, so not all sizes are available of styles. Good selection though with discounts all around.
It's been about 10 years since I've been there so I asked if they still mark sticker ladies size 12 shoes. The sales person said they don't anymore but I could look on the clearance rack for my size. From a customer point of view... I'm not going to waste 30 min walking up and down the aisles searching for the random shoe that comes in a size 12. I took a quick look at the clearance rack and decided to leave. I mentioned that to her as I left and she said, oh I was wrong we still do, but I was already on my way out the door
Store closed for 2 week days in a row. Called and whoever picked up the phone was rude.
workers were rude and not helpful… Would much rather go across the street to the shoe store in Northtown mall. They made everything so difficult.
