After spending approx $200 on 3 pairs of shoes and sunglasses I was accused of steeling by the dude with the long hair and septum piercing because he said I had no bag for my shoes and I was actually struggling to carry them to even get out the door cause I didn’t want my sunglasses to drop. The lady told me they don’t provide bags for some time now. I actually thought he was asking me if I needed help but he said did you pay for those, I said yes then he said show me your receipt. It was so embarrassing to even be looked at like you’re stealing when he was not near the register when I made the purchase. He went to the register and asked the lady to confirm I paid. I will be contacting my lawyer with this matter of discrimination when no one else was asked to show receipt when they DONT PROVIDE BAGS OR EVEN GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO PURCHASE A BAG!
Very quiet, could relax while my 83 year old mother walked every aisle twice! In Herr today and she is 87. I m perched reading Stacey Abrams new book Rogue Justice while Mom is doing her thang... If only there was a wine bar
Purchased some cute sandals; however, almost walked out because of the terrible service at check out. Quite a long line and 2 checkout people. The credit card machine was broken and wanted my pin which I refused to use - Ytundra, the checkout girl remained silent the entire time despite me trying to communicate to her that her machine was malfunctioning. Was like talking to a wall. Finally worked after 10 minutes of me trying to make it work by having to hold my card in the card reader. Online & other purchase options are too readily available - will never go back
Got some great deals from the clearance section. Didn’t plan to buy something, came out with a couple of nice, hugely discounted shoes

Found dress shoes I need for a wedding. However the selection are mainly sneakers. It's been years since going to DSW.
The website advertises that in store pickup is done within 2 hours of ordering and my order was not filled. I was told they have a lot of orders to fill which isn’t a valid excuse. They need to have a dedicated worker doing this orders or change the policy
This store is absolutely filthy. Merchandise is left strewn across the floor. The shelves are a cluttered mess. Junk and trash is accumulated in between aisles and under displays. The only plus is the store is sufficiently stocked. However, Online options and selections are far more extensive.
I would give zero starts if I could. I ordered online and was given a 2 hour pickup window. Arrived 5 hours after not receiving the notification email only to have to wait another 35 mins for my order to be picked! No apologies for the delay or any explanation. Just a horrible waste of time. I would’ve just walked in and picked my own order if I knew it would be delayed like this! The store is a cluttered mess with products everywhere. Don’t waste your time here.
