I don't know who came up with this concept of browsing shoes and trying them on as you please but I enjoy it. Staff is very welcoming at the counter and the selection is exceptional. I have purchased shoes from DSW on line and in store they make it very easy for returns or modifications.
Designer Shoe Warehouse is one of those types of stores; if you didn't know better, you'd think it'll be priced way out of reach for the general consumers, just by the name "Designer" that certainly is not the case with DSW, in fact, quite the opposite. I'll admit I love shoes, expensive, inexpensive, cute, comfortable, or even the ones that aren't very comfy, and sometimes that will get me in trouble; hence the many shoes I have donated over the past two years. I almost regret stepping foot in DSW, and I stress ALMOST regret ; At DSW, the variety of brands, sizes, and styles are endless; from winter wear to beach attire, you need performance shoes? Or a mixture of running shoes? They have that, what about going to a nice formal party or wedding? They have dress shoes as well! Women's, Men's, and Children, there is something for everyone here! Some of the brands that DSW carries are Nike, Guess, Adidas, Steve Madden, New Balance, Naturalizer, Asics, Clarks, Under Armor, Crown Vintage, UGG, and brands I personally have not heard of such as Mix No.6, Brooks, Sperry, and several others. They always have a large discounted area in the back, something you must check out! Don't forget to look at their handbags; they also offer socks and several shoe accessories. DSW store has always been clean and orderly; the staff is friendly and always helpful, no high-pressure sales there! Don't forget to inquire about their VIP rewards program; also, don't add to our landfills; give to people in need of shoes, donate some gently worn shoes to DSW and get points for that as well; honestly, it's a win-win for everyone! Designer Warehouse Shoe's location is The Trails in Silverdale, 11467 Pacific Crest Pl Suite C105, Silverdale, Washington. DSW shares a large parking area with several other businesses such as MOD Pizza, Sprouts, Home Goods Store, Ulta, and many more; however, I have seen The Trails at Silverdale pretty darn busy, I've never seen it where there was absolutely no parking available though. Although Designer Shoe Warehouse is a chain that hosts more than 500 stores in the US, they also employ our local friends and neighbors!!! **No one planned this pandemic, but let's hope it has brought us woken strength within us and challenges met to make us more resilient, more caring, and more innovative as an individual and community**

Exceptional, high end shoe store at outlet prices! Better quality than Sierra for Outdoor Sporting Goods. I fall in love every time I enter. A grown woman's Cinderella experience. To note: They offer high quality men's and children's shoes.

Bought some Merrill shoes last year. Went back to get same style and size. Model was discontinued and the store had nothing similar in stock. Staff found what I wanted on the store website, but size 12 was sold out. Continuing search...
My rating is for the Silverdale location only. I tried to exchange same shoe for a different size, but because the original shoe was 25% off and the sale 2 days later had expired, they wanted to charge me the difference. It took quite a bit of negotiation with the manager nearby to get a satisfactory outcome. I have been a DSW customer for about 20 years. Never had anything like this happen.
Very helpful and attentive staff. The store is very clean and organized and they have a large selection of...well...shoes! Many of their shoes are significantly marked down despite brand names. Overall good prices. I asked about their return policy because I was buying a Christmas gift and they told me 60 days. The young lady at the checkout counter was doing a hard sell to sign up for their membership which ended up saving me $20, I generally don't like the hard sell membership thing.
Super expensive, even when you're shopping the clearance racks. Last pair of sneakers I got here are cool, but on clearance they were still 45 bucks.
Really great selection of shoes for everyone in the family. This is a serve yourself type store, but there were two very nice staff members working when we stopped in tonight. We were able to find a great pair of non slip shoes for my work at a really fair price.
