I would give this place 0 Star if I could. Sales associates were rude and couldn’t care less to work. I bought two pair of full priced shoes online which just arrived yesterday, and the woman who worked there told me I couldn’t return?? Then came a woman who acted like she was brain dead… so it took me 20 min to return two pair of shoes. Wouldn’t recommend this store. Go somewhere else
I went here last weekend becuase I was sent a 30 dollar off coupon however I didn;t read the very fine print that said that almost all brands of sneakers could not be used with this coupon. DSW owes me 20 in gas to come to the store for nothing. I spend real money in your stores you could at least send me a real coupon with no strings attached. The young ladies cashier was nice.
You had everything I needed and this made for a perfect birthday week. Thank you for sending me and allowing me to use multiple coupons. That might have been the best part! I do appreciate though your vast selection of shoes when compared to other DSW locations.
This is one of my favorite shoe stores. I can usually find at least one pair of shoes although I could compete with Bigfoot to get my size. It's no fun having big feet . I did find a cute pair of lightly blinged soft tennis shoes and purchased them. This is when the issue began. When does being courteous to your customers because the exception rather than the rule. Is a greeting and a thank you too much to expect when you patronize a store? If interaction with the public is so distasteful that you don't acknowledge the person standing before you, why would you work on a job that deals directly with the public? Finally, do you treat your customers the way you want to be treated as a customer? Customer service is still very important for keeping return customers. Please train your employees to respect & value customers. It's always a plus to be polite.
When I walked into this store, I was excited to see all the shoes in that big space. I thought I'd find some shoes I loved for sure. That was not the case. I did find shoes that I could have liked, but they never seem to have my size in the shoe. I'm a 8M. Also, there was a time when I would find great deals that were amazing at DSW. Now, I don't think there are many "amazing" deals there anymore. I do like that if you buy shoes from them online, you can return them to a store near you. They even do curb side returns. Beware of the selfish Bettys that stand in front of the clearance aisles blocking you from getting to a shoe that happens to be on their same size shelf. lol All in all, DSW isn't what it ubed to be.
Great location, good selection, but desperately need carts or perhaps the hand basket with wheels and a extendable handle. I walked by 3 employees with 4 boxes of shoes and no one offered to assist, hold at the front, which isn't their problem ,but it does make shopping more difficult and limited. I love the shoes I purchased and would definitely return plus there are numerous places to eat near by.
Why is it SOOO difficult for store owners and managers to think with the customer in mind??! I recognize that there is a staff shortage and nobody wants to work these days of blaming everything on Covid however if you change your store hours due to limited staffing for the Shoe Lover of me PA-LEES update your store hours on your Google listing!!!!
My girlfriend loves this store. She could stay in here for hours. They seem great to me. Not too expensive for the quality of shoe that you get. I personally had to return a pair of shoes that were not working out. The staff gave me no problems just helped me get back my money.
A great deal on shoes, just selections are limited.
I feel that there's such a huge variety of shoes that there's no way you can come out of this store without finding the right shoe and level of comfort you're looking for.
