The associate that checked me out was very nice and I did not have to wait too long. I was disappointed that they did not have my size in quite a few shoes that I liked. And I never really saw associates walking around to ask them to check the back. Although they have a lot of great selections throughout the store, the clearance racks were “bare” for my taste. Prices are average.
This store is very big and clean. Never really busy so you can take your time shopping and trying on shoes. The associate that helped me was very sweet and friendly and was taking care of multiple customers at the same time.
I only go there to return my online purchases. They do not stock my preferred style of shoes. The staff is good people!!

Nice store. Hours online are wrong…they don’t open until 11:00.
This store logged into my account and used my rewards without my consent!! I wasn't even at the store when they did it. I just looked at my account and noticed that there were rewards missing. I called customer service and figured out that it was this store. I called the manager and he was all over the place and very nonchalant about someone at his store using my information. This is a privacy concern! Good thing I didn't have my card saved to my account they probably would have tried to use that too! Unacceptable!
Very clean spacious. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
I got an email coupon and when I got there, almost 90% of the shoe brands were excluded. It pretty much was only good on socks, purses, and the odds & ends sold at the register.
I went to this location for a return from an online order and to pick up an order placed online and shipped to store. The staff was extremely nice, I was greeted upon entering and quickly assisted. The store was clean, a large selection of shoes. I will return and recommend this location.
They should return the stools to the aisles and closer to the shoes for folks like me who are mobility-challanged.
