Great storage facility. I work for Xerox and we have had a locker there for a number of years. I was so pleased with the work experience that I decided to use them for a temporary storage unit during a move. Casey was a great person to work with, and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Always raising prices. a trailer crashed my trailer and the management would not give me information regarding owners!

Staff was very friendly and helped me out in a pinch. Also guided me to the right place to rent the truck that I needed. I have multiple units at this location for several reasons. Location, ease of access, and value for what you get.
It was difficult to reserve and then verify my identity but the space is great now that I have it
Although recently closed my last storage unit, I was with Dublin Storage now StoragePro for 6+ yrs. Ive had several units in this facility. The facility has always been kept clean and when I had a car stored I knew it was safe. When StoragePro took over everything stayed the same except the numerous increases in rent. This last increase was the reason I left. Very sad to leave but had to go someplace else.
Casey was absolutely wonderful. I was in a crisis for storage & he took care of me right away. He was very knowledgeable & customer service oriented. Then 2 days later I had an issue regarding my move situation change not needing the storage. I had prepaid a new month so he graciously, kindly refunded me. I was extremely grateful as this is something that usually doesn't happen. 10 kudo stars to Casey who was there for me from the beginning to the end. God bless him.
