Our goal is to prepare emerging artists transition into the Arts industry by encouraging to pursue their creative interests, by gaining experience through volunteer work, and developing their skills through tutoring and workshops.

The Dubuque Area Arts Collective is a group consisting of members of the local community with an interest on preparing high school and college emerging artists transition into the Arts industry. We encourage young adults and developing artists to pursue their creative interests by gaining experience through volunteer work, developing their skills through tutoring and workshops, and by participating in the community's art affairs. To open more opportunities for young artists to explore their artistic and interests, we are encouraging other members of Society to bring and share their talents and skills through offering workshops in our establishment.
To this end, we hope to serve our youth by offering a wide range of programs and services.
