Galone and David has excellent customer service etiquette. I am a long time purchaser of their good quality clothing, lambskin suits and shoes. Whenever there is an issue I have no doubt that Galone will be sure to resolve it and be sure that I am satisfied with the results. Above all they are 100% honest with the upmost of respect and integrity. I live on the West Coast, but I consider them part of the family, because the compliments are none stop with my clothes. To start off they don't physically have everything at the store which you won't find out until after you spent your money already. I put my order in March 9 and its now May 6 and its still nothing after my purchased i was notified that it will take 4-8 weeks for my B.B Simon belt. After 7 weeks with no update. I decided to check B.B simon website just to find out on the same belt is a 3-5 week wait. when i called asked why they needed an additional 3 weeks to complete my order I was basically told to continuing waiting. First and Last order. learning lesson if i could give less than one star i would honestly.
Next stop BBB they have held my money with paid for merchandise for over 5 months now. They David and owner had given me the run around all this time. Lying stating that the order was shipped a few times. Now it's at the warehouse. Lying stating that they processed a refund but I can't get a refund receipt. I will post EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE TO MAKE YOU LOSE ANY POTENTIAL BUSINESS ONLINE!!!! This is not how you do business! I don't have $432.32 to donate to your business!!!!
I paid for a g gator leather jacket costing 1,300 dollars it took 6 weeks to get but the zipper pull is on the wrong side indercateing it's a woman's jacket or they don't check the product before they send it to you
This is one place I would not shop wether it's online or in person. There customer service sucks and there clothes are mediocre , you might do better at a flea market. Also by chance you do buy something here and if it doesn't fit, good luck sending it back and getting your money back. They don't even deserve one star. They clothes are garbage,knock offs
Received my jacket, and MOST of my orders have been delivered PROMPTLY, however I'm STILL waiting for an order that I made in DECEMBER, and now, that is PAID IN FULL!!! I have yet to receive! Probably gonna ease up off of "DUDE'S" for a minute, not really feeling this latest transaction! I don't like paying for something that I now OWN, but DON'T POSSESS!

First place I’ve purchased a real BB Simon belt; Best experience online shopping: Dave wants his customers to Win. He went above and beyond on walking me through options and sizing Idk BB Simon belts run a few sizes smaller I wear size 32. I ordered a size 38 - Dave called the next day just to make sure I’ve made the right decision on size! His 20years of knowledge knew 36 was the perfect size for a 32 waist, but I kept it P and kept size 38, because personally I like the extra belt slack especially the way the crystals hit on these belts! FYI.. If you are a curious soul like me who searches high and low for accurate info on bb Simon belt sizing: this is my Real Life experience; As mentioned above I’m a size 32 waist - size 38 fitted perfectly for how I want to style my bb Simon belts, but a size 36 would have been perfect, if I wanted my pants pulled up waist high. At the end of the day Dudes Boutique gave me exceptional service and I’m extremely happy I decided to shop with them- Much love Dave and Dudes Boutique!
Found this wonderful little boot and coat store as we wandered through the city. Bought a pair of Alegria shoes at price comparable to other stores. A unique find worth visiting with a helpful and friendly staff.
Fast shipping ,however I ordered a size 11 in python biker boots they sent me a size 10 saying they run big. Lol ok. I had to send them back and pay for shipping because of their mistake. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got my boots in a 11.5 hmmmm I'm pretty sure someone there cant read. Don't waste your time dealing with these clowns
