I have been going on and off to this hardware store for over 15 years and everyone has always been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Every time I go there I get a good price on something I need and helpful advice. Recently I bought a replacement valve for my toilet. I called ahead in advance and was told they had some and it was on sale. I mentioned I was going in later in the day. I didn't even ask and the person I spoke to put it off to the side for me and it was waiting for me when I got there. Now that is amazing service! I live in the neighbourhood so it's close by as well. I sincerely hope they do not close at the end of the year, the community needs this store. Great staff who are all very knowledgeable and helpful and great store!
I got a key cut and it worked perfectly. But when I came by the second that day the same guy seemed annoyed or inconvenience and ask what I am looking for. I just needed a wreby but guess they hate when you look around the store. I got my wrench in the end but I don't know if the store has anything else I might need but I'm no longer interested in finding out. I'll just go to home hardware or home Depot where the staff are always friendly.
I've gone here several time and they really have the most pleasant and knowledgable staff. Fair prices too.
Anything you can get at the bigger chains you can get here. This is a local business that is family owned so its important to me that I support it. Ben, Scott and Richie are all great guys and always extremely helpful!
I needed help repairing a projector. Even though they had never repaired a projector before, the associate went above and beyond to help me. I left with my projector in working order. Great service and great people

Love Dudley’s Hardware! Such a great small business to support. They have a huge selection for a this small location. They have a great seasonal section - tons of gardening and lawn care items at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful! Check this place out.

This location is not mobility accessible for wheelchairs, to enter there is one step up and while in the store there are different surfaces. The staff here are super friendly and ready to assist any customers. If you needed something and have mobility issues, call ahead and they will assist with any needs. This location exceeds any concept of the neighbourhood hardware store. They have so many items in a small space. If they do not have it, they can get it. I love this store!
