It's been 10 years now since my husband became disabled. It was only by the Grace of God that we found Kevin Dugan, who helped us tremendously in getting a quick approval for the disability claim. Thanks so much Kevin, we have not forgotten.

I am so glad I found Mr. Dugan. He made the process so easy for my mom. He is knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. He will guide you through the process and make it very easy. My mom Was approved for disability with the help of Mr. Dugan after being denied 2 times doing it on our own. I wish I knew about Dugan Disability when I started the process, but I am glad we were able to get a favorable decision in the end. I highly recommend Dugan Disability, I was very pleased with how everything was handled.

Four years ago I had two major surgeries and was unable to go back to work. I filed for my Disability with the help of another Law Firm and after waiting for almost three years I was denied. I went on the Internet and searched for another Atty and found Mr. Kevin Dugan. I was so impressed with his knowledge, experience and that he was a Disability Judge for over twenty years. I reached out to him and went to his office to meet with him. Once he read my case he told me I should have gotten approve. He told me to file a new case and he will take it from there so I did on January 2019. He was very caring and supportive towards me and my case throughout the entire time he worked with me. I have had the privilege of having Kevin Dugan as my Attorney with my Disability case. Mr Dugan’s friendship, courtesy, knowledge and honesty were very important to me in what seemed to be a long never ending process as he has represented me. When I first Mr Dugan, I was in a bad place with my disability case- I had just moved from Alabama where an attorney did her best to drag out the process and not use the tools readily available for my health issues to rush my case through. Mr. Dugan not only fought for me, he made sure that the last attorney was held accountable and off the case completely. I would highly recommend Attorney Dugan to anyone who is in need of a great disability attorney. Mr. Dugan is the best disability attorney in town! His office is conveniently located in Plantation, Florida. My appeal for Social Security disability benefits only required two visits to his office, the initial consultation and the briefing for the hearing. He was easy to communicate with via email and his office staff was always accessible by  phone to answer any questions or relay messages to Mr. Dugan. He is kind, relatable,  personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with a disability claim that has been denied.
