The Foundation seeks private and grant monies to support the Duluth Public Library and its branch libraries. The Foundation is overseen by a the officers and directors of the Duluth Library Foundation Board.
The Duluth Library Foundation's mission is to raise private support to enhance the Duluth Public Library's capacity to provide programming and materials above the level provided by public funding, and to champion the Library's role in meeting community needs.
