Another exceptional customer service adventure at my local Duluth Trading store.  Needed to make an exchange on a shirt and the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional.  And of course, I had to take a look at all the amazing products, and of course, spent some more $$ on a unique item.  5 Thumbs Up for Duluth and the staff.

I was a little unsure my first visit, honestly, because of the higher price point for most things. However, once I subscribed to the email list they do send out deals pretty regularly... including a 40% off one item coupon from time to time. Overall, I appreciate the quality and simplicity of their clothes. It's a win in my book!

Friendly helpful people. Love my new garden overalls!!! Duluth has the best quality clothing.  If you can catch a sale going on that's even better they are spending. But worth it.

The store is clean, well lit, and laid out, so items are easily found. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. I like this store and the products they sell. I highly recommend this store.

We come to visit in Colorado Springs once a year and we always include Duluth as part of the visit. The service is always helpful and friendly. Duluth has quality cloths so the extra few dollars will carry you for a couple years if you allow.

Customer service is terrific!  The deals are excellent and their return policy is really good. I went in for those garden gnome overalls and walked out with those and a pair of their root stock overall shorts. Best and most comfortable things I own now that I can wear in public. Caught a sale the next week and bought a pair of high top Keen's hikers for $113! If you're built like a garden gnome, and garden like one..git some britches there! Those garden gnome overall shorts seriously feel like you're naked. No wedgies and no issues trying to hit the powder room because the straps are elastic. It's like toddler overalls for adults.   zero shame in my game.

We got a coupon in the mail for 20% off the other day. We're here at Duluth trading in Colorado springs taking full advantage of that and picking up some of their clearance items. What a bargain! They even have bifocal safety glasses clear or tinted so this was definitely a first for my hubby. Excellent customer service we'll see you again in the future .

This place is fabulous. Always clean, neat and organized. The sales persons are always friendly.

I am new to Buck Naked undies for women and LOVE THEM. The best part was that I didn’t have someone following me. Call me an old-timer but I like to shop for what *I* like, not what someone else thinks I like.
