Good store and nice things but when I check out and I’m asked about my account they can’t seem to ever pull it up. So I always have to re sign up every time. They really need to fix their system.
I've been wearing Duluth Flex Firehose pants and short for a little over a year now. I love the product. It durable, comfortable, and fits very well. The customer service has been great! No complaints!!
Ok so I'll be honest, I knew this store was expensive and I'm normal cheap so I went on a sale day. The sale signs apparently was a little misleading or just not descriptive enough although the sale was 30% off shorts according to the E-mail I recieved. In the end I paid $185.00 for a pair of pants that was on sale 1 pair of shorts and 4 pair of underwear. The employees were really nice about my confusion and as helpful as they could be. They did not make me feel bad in any way, but man that store is expensive... Although the clothes are really nice and after i wear them I bet they are worth it. Maybe need to work on the marketing side of things.
Oh my goodness. Clothes that fit. Super people. Sales! You almost always find a sale. Fitting rooms are nice. Duluth is dangerous for me.
Lynn was a joy to deal with. She was full of wonderful information. I would recommend going back to this place time after time.
Bought a pair of black foreman pants because I needed something that would resemble slacks that I didn’t have to baby. I owned them for 2 weeks before brushing past a table corner tore a hole in them. Brought them back and they didn’t have a replacement in my size, even if they did, the pants don’t fulfill the purpose I purchased them for. They also let me know that this type of damage isn’t actually covered by the warranty. I really thought that with this price tag and advertising they’d be at least as strong as jeans but they really aren’t even close. I may as well just buy a cheap pair of slacks.
Customer service was great But the stuff the they sale in there is definitely not worth that hefty price tag Some of the lowest quality pants I have ever bought Better off gettin some $20 work pants that will last longer than a month at walmart Won't be buying work clothes from here again
Found so many cool holiday gifts! I wouldn't have without the help of the staff! They went shopping with me! The $15 t shirts and underwear deal were great buys!
Lots off cool stuff but way too expensive!
Try to visit whenever I go to a town that has one. I don't like to purchase clothes without trying them on. Ended up spending more than I planned but I did find a few good deals.
