The LaCrosse location has been my favorite store that I've visited. The store was very clean and well kept but what really impressed me about this store was their employees. Kaia, Kole, and Mayachel were all so very kind and helpful. Their friendliness and care went a long way with my experience and will definitely be returning very soon!
Very comfortable flex fit fire hose pants. And I believe his name is Theo, has great customer service and was very helpful. He deserves a bonus, was much more helpful than others
The customer service was incredible and the wonderful women, I belive her name is Maggie was such a big help. I do wish it was more size inclusive with styles. Instead of "cookie cutter" these are curvy pants. But that's a company issue not a this store issue. All in all I would highly recommend shopping at this location.

Great looking store with great looking products. Everything appeared well kept and stocked. The area was very clean. No staff approached is while we were browsing... This might be good for some and bad for others.
Went in to shop for socks and they had sign posted for 50% off 7 year performance. I selected 2 pairs and only 1 pair qualified for the sale. Even though the sign indicates all 7 year socks, in fine print, they list the socks that did not qualify. I feel this is misleading business practice. FYI I did not buy the none sale socks. Sent email to Duluth Trading and they just provided lip service thanking me for my comments. Wow
…..40 dollars for one underwear?….i get taking pride in your product lol, but please lol, don’t flatter yourself.
Wonderful store in downtown La Crosse Wi. I brag to my wife about how awesome my butt naked underwear is she had to get some ladies butt naked underwear for herself. This is truly a very nice store with an excellent staff.
The new Store Manager Kyle is awesome! Super nice guy, very understanding of a reasonable predicament. I had broken a pair of Sunglasses a month after I bought them. I was going to buy a new pair, but when Kyle saw that I had only had them for a MONTH he ran an exchange on the glasses for me! I didn't even ask for one! Now listen, don't go hounding this poor man to cut you deals left and right; I only say, I've heard great things about this man from old co-workers, and his strength of character shines through Be seeing you again soon, DTC LAX
Loved the store and their products just had some sticker shock with the prices. Good quality so they would last just out of my range for window shopping.
