I'm a new Duluth trading customer. I made a large online order thinking I know my size and my husband's size. Only to find out everything I ordered was too big and that Duluth Trading Company's clothing runs big. The return box was large and awkward. Before bringing it in, I went to the checkout and said I had a large return. The store didn't have carts, so the store manager came out to my car and carried in the return. I couldn't believe it. He was so kind and considerate, plus very positive. He and another staff member worked together and quickly processed my return. They were both extremely kind, helpful, and encouraging. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Maggie came over and asked me if I needed any help finding things and said she was happy to help and then walked with me over to the location of the specific items. All the staff were extremely kind. The store was emaculate! I am so impressed by my experience and the staff, and the quality of the clothing at Duluth Trading Company, I am now a customer for life.
DTC is the best work wear brand out there. In general, you're gonna wanna size down. Normally wear an XL? get a large. Check out the clearance section there's some solid deals
Ever since I got some Socks at this place as a replacement to another online order..I'm hooked on the quality of the products- in my honest opinion this is the highest quality/durability clothing/shoes store items I have ever seen!!
I went here to find a hat they advertised on a shopping website. I had already been to a couple mid range department stores to find out the hat is advertised in stock but nowhere to be found as I follow a clueless employee around tracing my exact steps that led me to mistakenly ask about where I could find this hat advertised as in stock. DTC to me is high end workwear. 20 bucks for two socks or 23 dolla for one pair of grundies. They carry and make quality goods so I knew of the higher prices when walking in and for some reason gave me hope in the fact they might have said hat. One lap to no avail and then loiter as I mustn’t ask this teenaged employee if they carry this hat as the ‘internet’ said they did as that would be failure. Then low and behold I noticed the hats hiding right there right in front me. 10$ overpriced but with 25% off storewide the final price was just about right. Thanks DTC
the pants i get from here last longer than any pair ive gotten from anywhere else. they're also comfy. little pricey though
Clean store and friendly/helpful employees. Quality and selection has gone down, but prices have inflated beyond reason, contrary to stock prices. It's only a matter if time until current CEO drives company into the ground.
As a borderline big and tall dude, this place does not disappoint for getting bigger set clothes. A little bit spendy but the quality definitely makes up for it.
I’ve been a customer of Duluth Trading for decades, so when I got holes in two pairs of my Fire Hose Work Pants that carry Duluth’s “dare you to wear ‘em out guarantee,” it made sense that I’d go back to replace them, and also do a little shopping. I was disappointed to find out that the guarantee would not be honored, and after looking at the newest version of the same pants, I know why. It’s a shame that the quality isn’t what it used to be! They were such great pants!! Needless to say, I didn’t buy new ones nor did I buy anything else. It’s also a shame that I need to find new pants! It turns out that the quality I was seeking is at Carhartt.
I used to think this place was just over priced.. but after getting a pair of Duluth pants second hand, I've changed my mind. Their clothes and pants are very comfortable. Well worth the money. Pockets exactly where you need them
My first time in the store. Nice clothes. I bought a shirt, love it.
