I very rarely write reviews but was so satisfied with Dumas Electric I felt it was the least I could do. The install and time it took Bob to complete the install of the spa was excellent. Bob and his wife run an awesome company. Great communication and very friendly Bob is always on time and prepared for whatever electrical mess we throw at him. When there was a small issue with work he did he came out right away to fix it and even upgraded what we had paid for at no charge. Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing the help of an electrician. Good contractors are hard to come by these days but Dumas Electric is one of them!

Our power line was effected by a crazy wind gust that we got and it was nearly ripped from the side of our house. We found Dumas Electric through Google Search and reached out to them on Sunday night after the issue occurred. We got a call back first thing Monday morning, and Bob was at our house first thing Tuesday morning and fixed the problem! Bob was personable, efficient, and super nice! He even gave my pet some love and attention while I was working on getting his payment ready. Payment seemed fair and he did great work. My ONLY call out is that i did not receive a receipt or invoice when i paid, but all i had to do was call them and it was in my email inbox within the hour! They clearly take customer service seriously as their response times are speedy and efficient! Would definitely recommend and we will continue to use Dumas Electric for future needs.

I decided to go with Dumas Electric after reading reviews and calling around other electricians. They were transparent on price upfront and clear on timelines. They did a great job on wiring outlets in our basement, and then I had them out again for additional work. Highly recommend!
