Carlos and his whole team were amazing with the install of our tile floor. He was so friendly and prompt to serve us. His customer service is A+!!! We recommend him for all your tile jobs!!!!!!!
Simply the best! Carlos has an amazing crew that was very meticulous about the installation. We used carpet squares and solid vinyl flooring for the bath which turned out amazing for our dental office. If you are looking for a high end finish for a fair price, use Duncan flooring!
Duncan Flooring is wonderful! Carlos was so helpful and patient while we made our LVT selection. He also answered all our questions. Esteban did the installation and was excellent! We did our rec room and will be moving on to our kitchen and they will be doing it also! Thank you so much!
Carlos was great. When he came out to give us an estimate, he was on time and had a lot of information. We also had a few other flooring contractors come out, but they did not have the same knowledge as Carlos and thinking outside of the box a little was needed in this project. We are a small doggie daycare and boarding facility, so our floors get beat up. Carlos did the research needed to make this flooring fantastic. It started with a waterproof skim coat and a different glue to hold down the flooring, as water and sometime urine can be a happen here. the result was an awesome looking flooring and a project completed quickly. I included a before and after pic's and we will be using them again
Sometimes the businesses you’re familiar with aren’t necessarily the best choices for many reasons. A little research can be very rewarding. Reviews tell the truth, and I used them to guide me to Duncan Flooring. Their name was new to me, but after one phone call with Carlos I knew we were in good hands. Duncan was wow wonderful, from straight talk and outstanding customer service to no surprise pricing and meticulous installation. Hopefully my review will guide you to Duncan, too. Carlos and his crew installed flooring and carpet in our home. They did a fantastic job! The entire process was easy and the quality of the products and installation was superb. Highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend Carlos and his team. Installed new engineered wood flooring in my mother-in law's entire lower level and carpet in upper level. Whole process, from initial contact to some minor repairs after installation, went smoothly. Installers were on time and efficient. Carlos very accessible to handle questions or concerns.
I have known Carlos for a long time but had not been in contact with him for quite a few years. When I needed carpet I only went to him because I knew exactly what to expect. I was not disappointed. Carlos and his team were great to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. The carpet that he recommended turn out awesome. I highly endorse Duncan Floor Specialist.
I have worked with Carlos for 25 years. He is such a great guy and will take the best care of you. I have had apartments, apartment hallways and townhouses carpeted. Never a problem. Not once. Always on time, quick service and fantastic installation. Carlos knows his products and will always lead you in the right direction. My tenants have called with nothing but compliments and that says a lot for a company!
My husband and I are so happy with our new carpet from Duncan Flooring. The guys who installed the carpet did a fantastic job. They were efficient and very careful when moving our furniture, as well. Can't give this company enough praise.
