Helpful every time I’ve been through, and boy have I been through a bunch! They follow protocol nicely and to a T and were kind enough not to poke too much fun after my wisdom tooth surgery! Very kind staff :

The staff is friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are filled quickly and I am amazed at how reasonable my portion of the cost after my insurance pays is so inexpensive compared to other pharmacies I have worked with in the past. The location is also convenient for me.

Best pharmacy hands down. Have taken care of me for a long time and you always feel like family.

Such a great place. The service and set up that so many of us are used to from a small community pharmacist instead of the big corporate assembly lines.

I didn't go inside, I used the drive-through. It was a little confusing about where to go to enter the drive-through, but the woman who helped me was very friendly.

If you like being ignored and unappreciated this is the pharmacy for you. I have been going to this pharmacy for years, and now it's time for a switch. I come in every month and call my prescriptions in advance, usually give you guys 5 hours advanced notice of when I'll be coming in. When I get there to pick it up it's the first you're ever hearing about my script. I then have to wait 30 minutes while you guys just small talk, it's completely ridiculous. I wouldn't be upset if this was once in ahwile, but this is everytime.If you're not a current member of the dakota dunes country club don't come here.

My Father and I have been customers of Dunes Family Pharmacy for a few years. The customer service they provide is above and beyond. My Father will soon be coming home from skilled nursing because he broke his hip. Not only do they know my Father by name, they have been concerned about him because he has not been in touch with them since his fall. I called the pharmacy to see if they have home health aids. Not only do they have what we need, they will deliver it to his home in Dakota Dunes! Dunes Family Pharmacy provides great service whether it be medications, diabetic shoes, or home health aids.

Only issue I have with them is that they are so good fast and nice my expectation of other pharmacies is way out of proportion.

I have worked with bill on multiple accounts and he is extremely pleasant to work with and is always bottom line oriented when it comes to his customers! Wouldn't go anywhere else :

Loved the staff and the place was very organized. Would definitely recommend, which I wouldn’t do with many places!
