Dunkin' Donuts has the best coffee anywhere! We had breakfast sandwiches and we used the drive-thru. We did not have much of a wait which is excellent. I had a Dunkin' Donut gift card with a family photo on it and use that to pay for our meals. It's nice to load money on that card so when you're traveling you can just pop into Dunkin' Donuts anywhere and get great coffee and good food!
Your employees are very rude and impatient every time I go to the drive through. Today I ordered a medium iced latte with hazelnut and then I said “wait can i change that to vanilla please” and she gave me attitude. I got to the window sat there for a good 8 minutes before anyone opened the window. She then took my payment and handed me my coffee that wasn’t filled up all the way and I said thank you and she just shut the window on my face. This is so messed up. If your employees don’t like their job then they should simply find a new job.
Service was lackluster, store condition could use some attention.Food: 3/5
The donuts were disgusting. My husbands comment was that it tasted like they gave us hamburger buns and were genuinely unsure if they did because they were bad. And we got jelly filled and I pulled off nearly the whole donut to find it where there was a small bit I was livid and the rest unedible. We wont return and they had a weekly customer but we're done.
It's Dunkin, just a bit slower than you might be used to, and the doughnuts are never hot and fresh. Of course, that's likely because they arrive frozen and the employees just thaw them out. But, doughnuts, even room temperature ones that are a bit stale ate still good.Food: 3/5
Slim to No glaze on fresh donuts which is unfortunate because I was excited to have American Dunkin Donuts extra sugary which should have been better than the British donuts we've had the past 4 years. 0 Stars
The most unenthusiastic staff. It’s like they hired a bunch of non-morning people who hate coffee & doughnuts. There’s no drive thru canopy and the store front should be top level considering the location.Food: 2/5
This location is managed in an extremely ineffective manner. Anything past 10AM and they hardly have any donuts available. They either don't prepare enough early on or keep a steady flow going. Likely an issue with the amount of employees they have on. I only saw 2 members present. So most likely a managerial issue rather than inadequate work effectiveness on the employees there.
I will never patronize this store again. The selection was poor and to top it all l was overcharged. Adozen regular donuts are advised as $7.99 but l was charged 1$12.99. For plain donuts the price is way too expensive. If l could give zero stars l would.
Always understaffed, don't go if you need to get through the drive through in under 15 min. I had enough time just waiting to order at the speaker to take pictures.Food: 4/5
