Dunkin' Donuts

Absolutely the best Dunkin Donuts in the area!! More specifically, Austin, who gets there around 12, has the best attitude and customer service! Exceptionally nice and courteous! Dunkin’ Donuts is very lucky to have a worker who goes above and beyond his duties! I didn’t hesitate giving a nice tip.Atmosphere: 5/5

Lady at the counter is extremely rude to customers. In the morning, people can wait in line for quite a while before being able to place their walk-in order. Employees seems too busy feeling in orders placed online. One customer asked politely for an estimate of how long it might take to get served and the lady at the counter went on a tirade on how busy they were and how the customer just needed to be patient. Her tone was extremely rude. All other customers looked at each in surprise. This was extremely awkward. A customer actually walked out. I also decided to go get my donuts at the nearby BigY! I placed my order online the next time. When I went to pick it up, my order was ready but was missing the donuts! When I mentioned it, that same lady without looking at me went to berate her coworker for forgetting to complete the order. She added the donuts shoved them upside down into a bag and tossed me the bag over the counter without much of a smile or word. I feel for this lady. I hope she gets help and turn things around. The customers deserve it. Update: picked up my online order today to find 5 out of the 6 donuts were not the ones I ordered. Check your order before you pick it up.

Coffee is always right! So much better than the East Longmeadow location. I drive out of my way to come here instead. Yes it’s connected to the gas station so parking is tricky. But you can park at Big Y grocery store directly behind Dunkin and walk over for a less stressful experience.Food: 4/5

No issues with this drive thru than had with certain fast food facilities. Orders were correct and the service fast. The employees at the strive thru window were nice and professional.Recommended dishesBacon Egg and Cheese, Donuts, Muffins, Bagels

Not friendly. Too busy with priority of online orders. Ordered hot dark roast and it was warm at best.

This is one of the best DD around, the food is of the same quality you find at every DD, but here the service is special, and the Place is clean and welcoming. Even though I can't have any sweets, I get my coffee and my daughter gets always some breakfast or Donuts. I prefer the holes Food: 4/5

This place is in shambles. I waited 30 minutes for two hash browns that were barely thawed. Please, hire more people. Do something. This is inexcusable.

Wish I could give this 0 stars… terrible worker, I waited 10 minutes for this girl to give me creamer I asked if I can get creamers for 3 coffees that were caramel swirl and she tossed 3 little plastic creamers on the table and vanished honestly surprised she still had a job and that this dunkin isn’t closed down… terrible all the time; no Effort into making customers coffees that spend there money on it, they can yap all day long on there phones and give you the dirtiest looks when trying to order as if where interrupting there conversation but clearly these ppl Don’t know what there job is… kinda sad
