Horrible. Ordered 2 sausage,egg,cheese croissants. And two orders of hash browns. Get home to find no sausage on the sandwiches. And two skimpy orders of hash browns. Called location and was told my sandwiches where not rang up w sausage and hash browns only come 6 in an order. I did not get 12 that's for sure. My only option was to return to location. Very disappointed. And won't return
It was my first time there I ordered a frozen chocolate drink she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about but it's right on the menu above her head mind you!!! So she said I have to get mocha or caramel well I don't want either one so she says that's all they can do I mean I can't get original frozen chocolate drink it's right on the menu but apparently not so if you want a drink don't go there they don't even know their own damn menu and that's pretty darn sad well I guess it's time for the staff that's obviously taking some meds or stupid pills to learn the menu or even better get a new job.. too damn funny she was in her own world hahaha but I will never go back there
The clerk did not get a single part of our order correct. We ordered two long John's and got one. We ordered mocha latte, and got coffee with cream. And she was snooty to boot. No thanks.
Worst service in the entire world. The only reason I come here every morning is for my own self serving masochism and the iced coffee is pretty good. I honestly doubt there is a single returning customer and if there are please call me female please because you must enjoy the same guilty pleasures I do.
The just fine quality of coffee and donut that we've come to know and love from Dunkin. Good drive thru service for on the go, which is convenient because it's connected to a gas station, but not a good place to sit and drink coffee very noisy, very limited space
The food was good, but the service was just okay. The fact that soft drinks are on the menu but you can't order one is mind blowing to me. All because they're attached to BP. Just ridiculous.
I was just there on 11/12/18 @ 3:15pm, and all I have to say is... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The lady behind the counter never even acknowledged me after she saw my son and I standing there, at least 5 minutes, and not a single word!! Marge's Donuts are better anyway.
The food was good, what they had anyways. The selection was much more limited than other locations but since the first one we went to decided not to open we came here. Nice staff, quick service.
Shlda got her name but she hooked my breakfast up 1 day on the last weekend of Sep & looked like she was workin by herself but did a great job!
Funny how there's a bunin' donuts in MI. But good breakfast food for cheap I believe and good coffee and donuts
