Dunkin' Donuts

I went in very unsure of what i wanted. Kat was a very friendly face and gave me a great recommendation. I got the french iced coffee with cold brew! it was very good. Kat made my drink and it was very amazing. I will be coming back! :Food: 5/5

I got there early enough so I wouldn’t be late for work and it took me 10-15 minutes to even order inside there was a curious kid at the front of the lineand I left 40 minutes later and 20 minutes late to work with my items. When people after me, also getting blended drinks, got their items and food before and left. food and drinks were amazing tho.

Would give a zero if possible! I have ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich several times. After the first time I ordered the sandwich, I started to request "toasted dark" in order to get the sandwich "toasted" i even went as far as to report the problem to DD headquarters Case #09957748. The idiots responding to the case number kept asking for the same information 3 times. I sent them the requested information 3 X. Corporate told me that someone would reach out to me from the store. No response! I even replied to DD customer support letting them know I didn't receive a call from the store. No response from Corporate! Look at the receipt and resulting sandwich. This place needs a Manager and Employee training. I will NEVER return to this location

Giving 3 stars because what I ordered all tasted great and the drive thru went quick. My 2 coffees, my sandwich, and donut, all great minus the fact that I go to get my donut, and it’s upside down in the bag with all the frosting stuck to the bag. Would’ve just ordered a glaze donut if that’s how it was gonna be.Food: 5/5

*edited review 9/15* Convient location. The screen on the outside is blurry so it is a little hard to read the menu when ordering. Occasionally drinks are made incorrectly but are usually on par and delicious. Always fast and friendly. *edit portion as well as stars: service has been terrible lately and not efficient. My previous mobile order took forever to be completed, they had no hot coffee going or started at all yet. I had to wait a long time for them to brew my coffee because they didn't see it on my order till after everything else was made and cooked. The munchkin box wasn't even made correctly either. Come today a few days after the last mishap and once again order mobile. The order wasn't all fully there, realize that, so I go back in, they announce the rest of my order so I grab it. Get home with it just to find out they missed the FIRST sandwich on my order. I tried calling the store to let them know and figure something out so I wasn't just losing money, but the line goes straight to voice-mail. Not even a ring, straight to their "leave a message after the beep for... This location could be great but they really need to get their employees better at handling a fast paced work environment with multiple orders at once.

This place is one of the worst Dunkin I have visited. I have been to many all over the east coast. Because Dunkin is my go-to place for coffee. But with that being said it was not the worst but up there on my top 10. The coffee is never consistent you never know if you will have the right amount of cream or sugar but rest assured it Won't be right. The service is slow but for the most part the help is pleasant but they never can get it right. This location shows bad management. Given all the bad reviews with no improvement.

From my last visit...the wait staff was more concerned about their social lives instead of servicing we5 customers. The manager came up to me and asked me what my problem was!! I responded I that I asked for service and I got a social dialogue instead. Coming from New England NH NEVER had I experienced such piss poor service.

We stopped by to have coffee and a doughnut, never again....I just washed my car across the street and while it was parked in the lot at Dunkin, the maintenance crew blew debris all over it while cleaning up the lot. The manager said he would get me a contact number for the maintenance crew and he was blowing smoke up my......that never happened. And let me also say I threw my doughnut out because it had a hair in it. Look closely when you eat your doughnut with extra ingredients.

Horrible. Took my online order, took my money, app said my order was fulfilled. Manager yelled at me when I came to the drive thru that I should have known that the store was closing and to come back tomorrow for my coffee. No refund, no apologies. A printed sign on the drive thru and the window. The whole experience was unreal.

On top of forgetting to put my hash browns in the agenda this is the bacon i got on my sandwich. This dunkin literally is the worst. The coffee is never the same the service is always slow and rude.
