We went over to this Dunkin today as we always do. Very inconsistent service, food and drink. Today the iced caramel machiotto was good. But the bagel had little to no cream cheese. We were given a problem with the coupon we gave. When we asked for a recipt to confirm the coupon went through all of a sudden the machines don't work. Mind you this place just got fully rerenovated. Store needs the old management back. These new hires are un qualified and oblivious.
I wish zero stars was an option. Customer service didn't exist. Food was well below average. I should have turned and walked out. Girl was sooooo rude. They ran out of donuts, and they said the guy that makes donuts hasn't shown up. How hard could it be? And this is something Manager isn't trained on? Whatever! Fix it or not. I'm not going back. Kid-friendliness: Not friendly to anyone.
Even though the guy that made my macchiato didn't make it the right color I wanted, it was actually really nice to go through a drive-thru and the person taking my order have a smile on their face. That is very rare and she was very friendly and that's the kind of positivity people need to have. It was a black female. Very sweet and very nice
I preordered a dozen donuts 5 hours beforehand & the bagel bites. When I showed up, they was out of bagel bites. No big deal, i didn’t need them anyway. I’ll just get a refund. With an attitude, one of the ladies said “you need to do that with the app.” So I said no big deal again I can do that. I stand there for 10 minutes while one of the girls stands at the counter, having a chat on the phone with a man not work related & the other just seems to be wandering around doing nothing. I thought they was fixing the box of donuts I was waiting for. 10 minutes later, she rips the receipt off the counter & again, with attitude, states they’re out of 10 of the 12 donuts I preordered. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced & I try to give people grace - but they were awful. The attitude, the communication, the service. Being out of donuts wasn’t an issue, I could’ve come back or just cancelled it all together & been on my way. How i was treated as a customer from the second I walked in, to the second I walked out was the issue. 0/10 do not recommend this Dunkin’. We sure won’t be back.
The inconsistencies at this location are unbelievable. Today we were served milk instead of coffee. This is not what these drinks are supposed to look or taste like. This is why I hate going to this Dunkin’. You need to hire better staff, train them properly, and hold them to a higher standard.
Apparently they misunderstood what sandwich I wanted, but I paid for what I got. Friendly enough, but not overly so. Outside is not anything to look at. Food and coffee were good!Food: 4/5
The server was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The person who supposedly was the “manager” never gave his name, assumed a reclined arrogant position and was very smug and hostile. The server made a statement that was slanderous and libelous. No apology was offered or given. I will never go to any Dunkin store again. In my opinion, don’t waste your money here unless you like mediocre coffee and food. I have already reported the incident to Dunkin Corporate, they advised this is an “independently owned store”. Not a good start…
This is by far the worst DD I've been to in any state. The walk-in is always closed, employees are rude, slow and can't make a drink. The worst part, their employees park in the handicap spot. I watched as the male employee got out of his car and used a key to get in. His is the one on the left.Food: 1/5
How rude can you get! This morning was the last time I will go to Dunkin Donuts in Daphne, Al. The attitude started at the drive through order window and ended with an extremely rude situation at the pickup window once I realized my order was wrong. There was a really nice guy trying to get everything correct and a group of employees behind him adding to the problem The really disappointing thing is I really like the breakfast but with a side of attitude, I can only give this location a two star! I’m sure this is not Dunkin Donuts standards but I want be back to this location. Just thought someone should know
It took forever to get my order RIGHT, then it was awful. Tea was way to sweet, my breakfast sandwich was horrible. The bread stale, the eggs way overcooked and rubbery. I ended up throwing it away.Food: 2/5
