Dunkin' Donuts

The service is good The coffee is excellent always gets my order right. And there's this wonderful girl that works there in the afternoon that is like a bright way of sunshine. I think I like chatting with her better than I like the coffee and I love the coffee.Food: 5/5

My Boston cream had no cream nor did my replacement. The replacement different donut seemed really doughy, not light and fluffy. Felt like the baker was stoned. The device was very good thoughFood: 1/5

Tired here for the fist time since they opened. Orders a iced green tea and it tasted as if it was about 3 days old. 2 plan powdered donuts and got 2 donuts yes powdered but filled with Boston cream. I will not be going back.

This location is usually very on point with order accuracy in the drive-thru and they handle mobile orders well. Today unfortunately I was missing an item and didn't realize until I drove away. But overall staff are friendly and I still prefer this location over others in the area. Service is quick.

I understand that in this day and age some people are still racist. But it’s still sad. Actually witnessed this from the store GM Ken. He really needs to be removed from the store. Corporate needs to get someone that is understanding and not like him. As much as I can help it I will not come if he is there. Very unprofessional and it’s not ok.

Buyer Beware: This location has the habit of double charging your orde if you use a card. Also their prices are 15%+ more expensive compared to other locations.Food: 3/5

employee Sri served me iced coffee & didn't secure the lid & it exploded all over myself & my car's interior. didn't get napkins so i could clean it up or a new coffee. i understand this could happen to any server but it's the way she didn't attempt to help or make me a new coffee. i go to this dunkin every morning before work but i will definitely being going elsewhere!

We have been going to this Dunkin for many years and today, 11/23/21, marks the worst experience we have ever had in a Dunkin Donuts not just this store. As a minority, it pains me to have to write this review because it addresses another minority. But, the African American gentleman behind the counter was absolutely miserable and lacked basic customer service skills. He had a very poor attitude and acted as if he did not want to attend us. Yet, as we were walking out the door, he was catering to an older white couple like they have been friends for years. If you can not provide basic customer service, you should not be working in a customer oriented establishment. This reflects poorly on you, and more importantly, the owner of the business.
