Dunkin' Donuts

Waited in the drive through for 10 mins, not response. I drove up to the pay window and the person there said, “sorry didn’t hear you was attending to the inside customers” I asked, “so should I drive around?” He said, “yeah maybe” so I drove around and STILL didn’t get any response. I drove off without being served.

They were very kind, polite and customer service was very on point. The two people working there were great. They made us feel welcomed and made everything correctly.

I got a cold brew and an iced coffee. They both tasted really bad and I tried my friends iced coffee just to see if it was mine but hers was even worse. I took the L and dumped out the coffee but they really need to do better that’s $7 I just wasted.

This is the worst Dunkin ever!!! Literally waited in line for 15mins for them to take 1 order at a time!!!! I wasted 25 minutes from the time I pulled up to drive thru til I received my food. Plus my ice coffee was TERRIBLE!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

Server: Didn't understand and sold me more then I ordered on 12/25/22 9:05am. I wondered why it was over $20.00 This makes me wonder, DO I WANT TO RETURN TO THIS FACILITY???.

If I could give them zero stars I would . Went there after placing a mobile order. The guy wouldn’t even acknowledge drive thru. Pulled to the window told me he doesn’t speak English can’t help me. Wouldn’t refund my money definitely contacting corporate unacceptable

This location is terrible. Not even worth 1 star. This morning I went to their drive-thru during normal business hours but nobody says anything through the monitor. So pull up to the window and the lady is at the counter with her back facing the window so I beeped my horn just tapped it trying not to be rude to get her attention. She turns, looks at me, and shakes her head “no.” I couldn’t believe my eyes so I just looked as her as she continued to shake her head “no” as if she were mad that I was there. She didn’t come up to the window and greet me like a normal person would have. I would have understood if she was running behind. I actually had another bad experience with the same lady in which I found out her name is Melissa bc I asked her so that I could make a note of it. It’s almost as if she doesn’t want to be there first thing in the morning. Needless to say I will not be returning and they have lost a good customer.

Terrible , terrible experience. My husband and I have given this location multiple chances. But, this week was OUR last week. You have to repeat your order multiple times before they can actually get it right . Customer service is EVERYTHING , they can treat me right but if I see them treating someone else wrong it’s the same thing! Sadly? You’d think that since it is not your business , you’d give a good impression. Wednesday 12/15 I went to this location, I placed my order and drove up to the window. When arriving to the window, I felt very uncomfortable bc I had to give my order three times and felt like they’d get it wrong STILL. As I waited, a lady exits her car, and comes up to the window stating she did not want to hold the line up but she requested butter on her bagel and not cream cheese she was allergic to cream cheese and she told them that multiple times . The Caucasian women there looks extremely under the influence and VERY disrespectful especially the short chubby one that looks like a penguin. She started mumbling under her breath and cursing , when I heard that I than pulled off at that point the woman was arguing from the window . I will never return to this location again. MANAGEMENT should really re evaluate these workers they bring into this location .

Continues to mess up order after order. I was in a rush and went my mistake should have stuck with wawa. Order tea and coffee get two coffee and no cream or sugar like I ordered. Tried calling to resolve no answer don’t have time to drive back atm so just won’t go back. At their prices think they could get orders right
