Dunkin' Donuts

This was one of the worst Dunkins I have been to. We went through the drive thru and when we got in the line, there was 4 cars in front of us. We were there from 11:11am-11:39am. Ridiculous for a drive thru.

I ordered an iced coffee and a bacon and egg wrap online the coffee was good the wrap had cheese when online it doesn’t even come with cheese and the bacon was undercooked and the woman gave me attitude since I said order for Nicole when it was under Nikki and the indoor is closed due to short staff so the line was just super long just not impressed won’t be coming here again

by far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. line was long and moving slowly, and they messed up everything about my order, which is impressive considering I only got an iced coffee and a plain bagel. do not go here under any circumstance.

Interior was filthy! Facility should be closed by Board of Health! Never go to this DDs. The entire staff were unclean. Nothing in establishment was sanitized! Board of Health should close immediately!

No hot food. They put in incorrect orders. Then argued with me at the window. Had to ask for straws. Hot coffee orders were also not correct.

Doordashed from here and I am very disappointed. I ordered a blue raspberry coolata and I went to take a sip and there are white and green fuzzy things inside it. Very disgusting. Would like some sort of accommodation from this. Not to mention they got the rest of my order wrong.

Place was super slow, which would’ve been fine if my coffee was hot. I ordered a hot latte; it was given to me in a cup for hot drinks but it was as cold as if it had just come out of the fridge. Also, they had food items on the menu that they did not even carry in store. It seemed like the people working also barely knew what they were doing. Pretty disappointing.

The line was really long and I thought I'd never get my coffee fix. To my delight and surprise the line moved steadily which is faster than most dunkins. My coffee was . The reason for the 4 stars is the women taking my order sounded like she did not want to be there. After waiting in a long line for something I like to feel like the company appreciates my time. They even busy so im sure she was over whelmed

they always run out of essentials, like cups or ice... the management doesn't set the team up for success bc of this. they also lie about the blender being broken. it'll "break" every day at the end of the day. they dont order enough to compensate for the closed dunkin down the road and they have been AWFUL ever since.
