Dunkin' Donuts

My husband and I don’t understand why Dunkin does not call out order/ticket numbers. Instead they call out the content of the order. We’ve had this happen where someone else took our order because they ordered the same thing. At this location though, customer service isn’t great. When we asked an employee to call out the order number, they got an attitude with us. They don’t always call out the exact content. This employee called out, “two sandwiches.” There were 2-3 other people waiting for their orders. How were my husband and I supposed to know what they ordered :/

Great coffee!! Great service!! I got the signature latte and my bestie got an ice coffee. Not a lot of ice. Does not taste like other Dunkin’s all sugary and heavy on the syrup. Very well blended. The line is always in the main road lane. It seems people don’t mind waiting because the coffee is GOOD! They are slow with ordering, but very friendly. Highly recommend! Very polite.

Very freshly made donuts here..good service . I'm alittle worried about the jellie and vanilla creme donuts. Must of had about a teaspoon of filling. Alittle disappointed. Not like i remember it from before.Food: 3/5

I was okay with not getting a good morning returned to me each time I greeted the employees, but to mess up multiple times with my order was a bit frustrating and disappointing. I swiped my loyalty ID to get the $3 cold brew and was told “No” and that “the regular price for cold brew is $3.59…” regardless of the special ran and the cheaper price I showed via my app. Not only did I end up not saving $2+ but I got shorted on my change due and requested the remaining amount still was incorrect, didn’t receive a straw went back for it and actually got a goodbye greeting after my 3rd/last request for something, and my medium cold brew didn’t even have the standard 3 shots/swirls of flavor added when requesting a medium I received 1 each but didn’t realize this until reaching home and tasting my drink and reading the label on the cup.

Drive through is on point orders are always correct. And beverages and sandwiches are always hot and served, right?Food: 5/5

Lately since I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts my orders have always been messed up it was never like this in the past and I’ve been come to this Dunkin’ Donuts for eight years today I ordered a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and butter I got a cinnamon bagel with butter and it’s not even toasted last time I order food I got the total opposite of what I asked for I think I’m gonna gave this Dunkin’ Donuts a break for a while

I have been treating myself to a Dunkin' brunch every Saturday afternoon for at least 5 years. I appreciate the turkey sausage, cannot eat the regular. Wakeup wrap great dipped into the avocado spread. The Everything Minibagels are addictive! Before Covid, I ate inside, loved the neighborhood coffee shop atmosphere. The last 3 years have been drive thru, eat in my car in the parking lot. All employees are wonderful. Parking: Half a dozen spaces on either side of the building, always able to find a space.

This is the second Saturday in a row they said the machine is not working, they do this every time , I could the store spoke to a woman name Maria she doesn’t know when the manager will come in this isn’t good customer service at allService: 1/5

Always an easy run to this dunkin in the morning. Plus they have a drive through which is great.Recommended dishesSandwich, Toasted, Donuts, Bagels
