Dunkin' Donuts

Awful. Used to come here all the time. Service was so terrible my wife and i would laugh about it. It was a running joke. Place a simple order and it would TOTALLY get screwed up. July 30th 2016 I won't ever go back. My wife went for a few donuts and to get me an iced mocha coffee with cream and sugar. She came back with stale donuts and what I describe as coffee flavored dish water with no sugar. I dont like supporting Starbucks but I guess they have my business from now on. So disappointed DD. UPDATE: They fixed the problem. They are closed for good.

Came in at 4:15 pm. The donut my daughter got was super stale. It was not good. When I ordered single scoop cones for my other kids the ice creams were in the wrong place according to the lankest from the customer side. Could be dangerous for a kid/adult who is a visual Chooser. The service was slow. The $1.31 scoop sign is misleading. I payed as much for two scoops of ice cream as I could have paid for a good carton of ice cream at the store. As the employee went to get my daughters donut, he took his hat off, scratched his hair and used the SAME UNWASHED HAND to get the paper and donut. Gross. We will not come here again. I'd rather go to shipleys.

Terrible. Sat in the drive through for 5 min. Someone behind us in the 6 vehicle line honked the horn and they finally took our order. Had to re-give the order at the window. Was told they were short staffed but saw at least three people working and no customers in the store. Got a milk shake and a cappuccino blast. Took another 5 min to get the drinks after ordering a second time. The milk shake tasted like flavored water, and the cappuccino blasts ice was barely blended making it impossible to drink. Waste of time and money.

On several occasions, I've had my iced mocha coffee not be a mocha iced coffee. Have had to give it back to them to correct. Then it just tastes watered down. The lady that works the drive thru for the most part can't understand a word you say and messes up the order. The man that works the front counter, is usually very polite and always gives my kids a munchkin but him too is unable to understand us very well and vice versa. It's a hit or miss with this location. Went by earlier for my free coffee and it said it was temporarily closed, wonder what happened.

It's not that bad, for what it is. My coffee for 1/2 of Starbucks price is usually pretty good. Just don't get doughnuts. Duncan ships them frozen across the country. NO DD has good doughnuts. Don't expect it.

ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, in advance. When I picked it up, it wasn't even the correct cake!!! I ordered a white cake with icing over the edges and got a blue cake with balloons. It was poorly piped, not to mention, the icing was airbrushed and stained EVERYTHING it touched! I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone for 3 days now, with no luck at all!!!! I do NOT recommend this place!

go there every morning. Today is national donut day. The nice lady at the counter Jessica hooked me up with a nice dozen for my family. They were great and fast and i got some hash browns while she and one other lady dealt with the drive threw because someone else called in. Loved them loved them Although late at night there baskin robbins side can be a little confusing i give the 6 am shift 5 stars!

This location is awful. They get my latte wrong more often than they get it right and I order right off the menu. They don't accept coupons I get in the mail, giving me excuses like I only get the free donut with a regular coffee because that's the pic on the coupon, even though the text clearly says free with any drink. These people have no clue how to run a business!

I usually find dunkin donuts makes a good on-the-road breakfast. This place was disappointing in every way possible. The food and coffee was very sub par from other dd's I've been to. Wish I had went anywhere else.

I found it almost impossible to understand the staff. I'm not trying to be judgmental but I usually don't have trouble understanding people from different cultures and I honestly couldn't make out anything that was said except my total.
