Dunkin' Donuts

Very unkind service, absolutely rude. The young girl at the drive thru window was so rude I felt like returning the munchkins I got. They had zero donuts at noon on a Saturday. Than she had an attitude when I asked why? Also didn't have the powdered donut holes. I promise I won't order from this location ever again. Hire better people. Attitude was so bad I'm sure the owner knows it already.

I went I to Dunkin’ doughnuts on 9-26-23. I went for a coffee and my total came out to 4 dollars which is outrageous to me. The African American lady with the “dread locs with a pink jacket ” put up an argument about the price when I come here all the time for the same item and the price has never changed. The customer service is awful I will not spend my money here anymore. I highly 9.9 out of 10 recommend you not to spend money here.

Stop making these fancy cups and thermos with the logo. When you go to DD you are told oh we don't do the refill drinks anymore. Put it on the app so your loyal customers will not expect to refill ther expensive cup.Atmosphere: 1/5

This location will be reported to corporate office for not complying with ddonuts franchise regulations . They don’t have “public restrooms” . There are two restrooms inside, man and female. They don’t allow customers to wash hands in my case or to use restrooms for other needs . It’s against DDONUTS corporate franchise regulations. You have two business days to change it . I will come again on Tuesday to check if you are fallowing DD franchise regulations or not . You ll not behave this way , especially when I know that you ll be closed for business very soon if you don’t comply with regulations.

I use to really like this place. Now they are annoying me. No refills on these expensive DD cups. Put it on the app and post it on your windows. The excuse is because of covid. Chicago is allowing it. You wonder why your deserted place can't keep patrons. I said what I said

I will never return to this location again. Drive-through service was horrendous. As I waited at the drive-through for my total before pulling around, I heard the employee say “why is she waiting at the window”. Then after paying, I found out they gave me the wrong order. And they didn’t get a receipt. Do yourself a favor and drive to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts away from this one. And I am speaking of the people working at the drive-through the morning of August 21.

Try this! Hot chocolate with shots of coconut flavor and whip cream. This location is always on spot here when I visit. I have never had an unfavorable moment with any drinks here e.g. frozen mocha, ice coffee etc.! This Mompreneur will continue to give real honest reviews to help others have favorable experiences! The lady with the dreads be charging everybody an extra dollar on there coffee check and get your receipts she also says you have to pay for cream &sugar

I used the drive through few times and must say-This place is full of surprises. Can be fast processing and running smooth but the speed comes with a price. Orders are frequently messed up or you get a bagel that is nasty looking or cut awkwardly. Sometimes the order is delayed, and they ask you at pick up window what did you order? The person who takes the order needs better communication and listening skills, and the orders are not accurate. Not exactly sure if the person who takes or makes the orders don’t pay attention to details, but it is probably both. Now, be prepared, if you order “light cream cheese” -you’ll get regular. If you order “donuts with sprinkles” -you’ll get a donut with no sprinkles or wrong donut. Ordered hash browns-and got some greasy semi burned little pieces…Not to mention that the person who takes the order doesn’t tell you the price,so you may be shocked with a price, considering they rise the prices constantly. Expecting the receipt? You definitely won’t get it!
